I agree completely. I'm sure the experience is really good, but for $30 it better be holding me over for a lot longer than an hour or two. I've played $5 - $10 games that are longer than that.
WHOO! I can't wait to see who wins. :)
Smash actually wasn't even in pre-production when Iwata announced it. Sakurai didn't even know about it at the time. It's been in development since a month or two after Kid Icarus Uprising came out.
It's a downloadable chess game and the day-one DLC is purely cosmetic (like Portal 2). Scams don't usually make their way onto any of the big three's online stores.
There are some Japanese RPG styled games coming out of the indie scene. Have you given those a look? Anyway this blog is supposed to be a pat on the back for those who are enjoying what the industry is currently offering. I'm absolutely not saying that you should be enjoying what's out there. Some people like Xbox One and Wii U and PS4 and PC. This blog is meant to say "Congrats on your choice! You're going to have fun and that's a great thing!"
Hey, why not? Hopefully I can win and get mah PS4. Fingers crossed! Thanks N4G and congrats to the lucky winner!
I played this. It left me quite depressed. But for a free game, it's a very interesting experience.
There are so many knock-offs at this point, who would even know about its return?
How many people getting upset at Sessler have actually played inFamous? It's just his opinion and it doesn't have to match yours. I bet this new inFamous is going to be loads of fun, that doesn't mean everyone HAS to enjoy it. Besides he doesn't even hate the game! 3/5 is average at worst, meaning he thought it was alright, just nothing amazing. And that's OKAY. He doesn't HAVE to like it.
Also, really? He hates Sony games? If he gave Ryse a lower scor...
Import the game with the bonus? Well that will probably cost more and the game will be useless on a North American Wii U. All that plus I don't have a Wii U yet lol
Ah dang it. The west never gets the cool stuff. Well, Europe does but not North America it seems. :(
I'm betting both will be pretty successful. ;)
@Rearden
Oculus Rift has a lot going for it as well as a lot of support. Valve support will be very helpful and definitely gives it a big boost PC development.
Same here. Been rocking out on Bravely Default and Donkey Kong Country Returns for the past week. Whatchu playin'?
@Neonridr
You sir are in for a treat in Zelda. That game is freaking fantastic. I still have to finish Luigi's Mansion though lol
Congrats to Animal Crossing. Who the heck would have guessed?
Huh. Adam Sessler also gave this a 3/5. Oh well. I'm sure I'll enjoy it more.
Oh good. Been meaning to get Mutant Mudds.
Options are always great. But dat pretty light tho.
Dear god I hope they release it outside Japan.
Overall it's still cheaper even with the console. And it's not forced down PS4's owners throats. And Sony fans are immensely supportive of the Playstation brand. Take your pick.
@bggriffiths
I don't have a PS4 just yet, but like with my PS3 I'd like to get any extra peripherals available so that I have access to all games and features for the system. The fact that it's optional is great and lets people choose it for themselves at their...
