Probably not, but more content is never a bad thing.
Sony is focusing on an older crowd sadly. I think for those kinds of experiences we're only getting the Ratchet and Sly movies for now.
I'd be very surprised if they didn't.
Pitstops would be very neat, but we would need to see vehicular damage before they include that feature. And I don't think they want to slow down the action, so I don't think it will happen.
Survival horror is supposed to be about surviving odds in a scary environment, right? This seems to be that kind of game. And survival horror hasn't been in the AAA part of the industry for a pretty long time. Since RE4 came out, I think,
Port, remake, the basic point is it's supposed to be the same game with the same design but with better graphics. Not even saying that that's a bad thing either!
1. Don't forget, they're getting released practically half a year apart. There will be ample time for people to shake off the spending for the 3DS game and prep for the Wii U game.
2. The Wii U version is the HD console version, meaning the competitive scene will be playing that version. Let's Players will play that version. Not to mention it will have its own modes. There are just as many advantages, if not more to playing the Wii U version over the 3DS version. ...
Motley Fool, eh? The name suits them. Anyone with an anti-company agenda has no place on an aggregate website like this one.
Another bubble for intelligence. I hate sensationalist articles...
I'm getting a Wii U before my PS4 or Vita because it's cheaper and just happens to have a few more games I really want to play and get out of the way. My hope is to get the PS4 right after. But I agree, MK8 is definitely the big pusher for this one. And then of course... Smash Bros.! :D
I think we're past that boat though. Nintendo took their lumps in the press, online and in sales. So now they need to make up by supporting Wii U with great content and giving people incentive to buy it. And create some excitement.
Nice to see you say something positive for a change. See you on the track. :)
There definitely is a greater sense of looseness in his writing. He basically enters "Screw you all, I'm always right mode" when he's not on camera. Or at least that's how he was on Destructoid. Don't know how he behaves now though.
What? Tomb Raider came with ALL of the DLC. The problem is all of its DLC was for its underwhelming multiplayer mode.
I want to get it as well, but only after a price drop to through a trade-in discount like with the launch PS4 ports.
Yup, that's pretty much what it boils down to. Anyone who hasn't played it will probably have no issues jumping in, especially knowing they will be getting all of the extra content.
The controller in the picture is pretty similar to the SNES controller, and that was great for games like MK and Street Fighter.
Yeah I've seen a lot of these previews as well. A lot of them are indeed negative, but I think it stems from them not actually playing anything and just watching it.
How do you feel Outlast compares to things like Slender or Amnesia?
Ubisoft has never been great at marketing. They really need to get their stuff together.
