^^ Like you said, but... I fall into the diehard groups of football fans, so I just gotta purchase this one, especially when world cup is so close and I am too lazy to update the rosters.
On the whole I like the presentation of this game, it really makes you feel like you are in the worldcup. But anyway, yeh it is just fifa2010, so if you are hard on cash, don't bother buying it. If you are a fan like me, who buys magazines, and keeps track of who is injured and what not...
I like how he mentions that if xbox360 didn't have so many hardware failures there would be a higher retention rate.
It works both ways. A large amount of xbox360's sold were attributed to people with dead xbox's buying it again, even AFTER RROD and warranty replacement. Most of my friends bought xbox's again to ensure the jasper chip would give a much better life expectancy(some didn't even wait for RROD). Not many people I know who were orignally pro-36...
funny... neither has the west
Please research what real RPG actually means.
The only real rpg's out there are pencil and paper based... nuff said.
Man... ive been watching all my western movies again... my mood is so in for this game!
Totally agree with you mate.
I remember the SSI gold box games like Dark Queen of Krynn and Pools of Radiance. They were supposedly RPG but they weren't. It was just rolling for stats and playing your characters against a linear storyline with free wandering aspects.
Then the games advanced and you had much more detailed games like Ultima VII Black Gate, Darklands, Elder Scrolls(Original and Daggerfall), and Wizardy 8, but yet they were still storyline ba...
Will u look at that map!!!!!
*speechless. :O
E3's are just like the worldcup(soccer), even the strongest teams go down at the weirdest moments, everyone has favourites, but generally you can't really tell who will win until all the conferences have been held.
I'm not willing to bet my money on anyone at the moment, even Nintendo might surprise us with their 3d nds, who knows?(although nintendo e3's have a notorious history for being long winded and boring but they could be this years black sheep) I'v...
Commendable... I'm pretty sure he probably has a life and girlfriend and just leaves his xbox on(it won't stop him from going out and playing ps3 or 360 or wii). I'm amazed his internet service hasn't botched up on him, mine has twice in the past month so i could never do something like that.
So those people who get their jollies assuming ppl that do this should get a life, should go and get one first rather than aimlessly pointing fingers on a msg board to ju...
Survival Horror is a very hard thing to gauge.
You have some people that do not even flinch when playing deadspace(one of my friend thought it was funny... wtf), and others that throw their controllers when they jump from being too skittish. Funnily enough that same friend who found deadspace not scary, found Vampire Masquerade the hotel bit absolutely terrifying.
It really depends on the taste, I guess that is why Alan Wake has such a broad range of scores...
errrr oops i meant season 3... been awhile since i watched it, but yeh... season 3 kind of felt rushed towards the end, and I remember being frustrated that their wasn't another season of it. My bad. XP
Anyway i agree Deadwood is indeed F'ing awesome!
You could try watching the HBO series Deadwood. I love that series, although it kind goes out of steam at season 4.
Honestly westerns were never my thing, but after movies like unforgiven, tombstone, wyatt earp, young guns, magnificent 7 and deadwood. I have grown a fond appreciation for it. Westerns still are not my thing, but the game is so full of awesome that its hard to pass up. I mean the theme might not really be in sync with what I like(I'm more into classical/me...
I can't wait for this... honestly when it first was mentioned i took no noticed, but now im drooling with excitement.
Hard? Wat? Where?
There is a complaint for everything nowadays.
Gee games are too hard? Then i guess you could say the games in the 80's and 90's were practically impossible!!!!!
I still remember pulling my hair out and throwing my famicon(Nintendo) controller when Red Falcon would kick my butt in contra even with the famous 30 lives cheat and Ninja Gaiden 2 on nes was... well i don't think i ever passed the fourth level. The thin...
^^ raises beer glass to that first line. ROFLMAO!
Yowzers!
Check out the design options, you can even make it an RPG? OH MY GOD. If they do get it right, this will be one powerful tool to work with.
I didn't expect much of a difference from LBP but now I see the light!
ALso Sackboy + grappling hook = WIN! How can u not love that!
:O
I don't know what to think.
But after reading a ton of reviews I can assume graphics wise it has got to be flawed. Even reviews that give it a 9/10 mention character models aren't up to par. But the way im looking at it, I think it will be like a Max Payne. In those days graphics were absolutely amazing, problem was... the mouths never moved. Remedy was always weaker on the character model aspects. On the flip side the scenery and lighting look absolutely stunning!!!!...
I have two bravia's one 52 inch, and one 32 inch, i also have a samsung 32 inch. The samsung can do 1080p native, and the bravia 32" upscales.
Can I tell the difference? Hell yes even though they are both 32 inch.
People that like to argue about 1080p and 720p being indistinguishable are the type of people that don't have true 1080p. Jealousy is like fanboyism. People make too many excuses about why something "is not needed" when they...
Oh wow, can't wait for this game. I dunno after so many GTA's its extremely refreshing to have something totally left field that is still very similar but at the same time very different. Can't wait!!!!
Its funny how so many ppl complain about price.
In australia Super Street Fighter costs the price of a normal game. It's not even remotely cheaper in anyway.
Stuff that im ordering from overseas where I only have to pay half price. $43 as opposed to the ridiculous $80 Aus. :(
1st party Nintendo games are like fine wine. Cultured, nurtured, and loved.
