Yeh there are way too many shooters that have now oversaturated the market. But you can't argue with what works and sells in this type of industry.
Shooters are the bread and butter of many companies, and because of shooters the games industry is now bigger than hollywood.
I myself am annoyed at how many there are, but when it comes to a really good shooter I will never pass on it, because the effort put in them can be astounding and well worth the money....
Guess some people aren't open to new ideas.
What is even more sad, is people who haven't even played the first incarnation commenting on how absurd the next incarnation is. If they wanted to say how bad this game was they should've commented way back when 1 was released, why the hell they are commenting now on the sequel... sucks to be the ignorant journalist wannabe who has no clue how many people actually liked puzzle quest.

I think top gear is extremely popular with all european and commonwealth regions as well as in alot of parts of Asia, although i think Europe have their own Top Gear versions.
I still laugh at the episode where topgear uk compete with topgear germany. LOL
Down in Australia we love it!!! We had our own version too but nothing really beats the original UK one.
So does any other racing game when you don't have sound and are racing on a city circuit.

If Sony didn't show all their stuff like Kz3 and Infamous 2 before E3, they would have probably won, but by the time of the conference we knew most of the exclusive stuff coming out already so Nintendo won on surprise factor alone.

Right now Kinect has really nothing to show for it.
Right now Kinect pretty much sucks, only in terms of the fact that there is no real game to show its true qualities(besides party games, and even those use very basically qualities of what Kinect is suppose to do).
The theory of Kinect however shows a heap of promise. So maybe next year will be Kinect's time to shine. In fact im pretty sure it will be highly successful if they get the right developers/g...
