yea, in-engine footage is in-engine footage, game's own engine ... showcase of what the game might look in real time when played on the console/pc
CGI is the one that doesn't use the game's own engine but a different renderer/software (non-real time), just to give an idea what the devs trying to target the game's look to be ...
Like the Star Wars Eclipse trailer ... that trailer was created wayy before the devs even started on the actual project.

People criticized the all CGI Xbox showcase then as well as far as i can recall ... check the DF weekly at the time, DF criticized the cgi only announcements as well

Really looking forward to the revival of Fable franchise.
I am equally interested to see how they managed to use ForzaTech engine for an open world RPG.
ForzaTech engine is capable of rendering very pretty & dynamic open world like Forza Horizon 5. So just curious how pretty they'll manage to make this Fable.
Playground Games have excellent track record for their open world Horizon racing series ... so hope they manage to continue their streak with this F...

Insiders got glimpse of this news before the showcase .... they were certain, this was getting announced at the show.
Seems like other insider leaks were/are correct as well.
Capcom has been consistently knocking it out of the park, for past few years.
Can't wait for Dragon's Dogma 2 and Pragmata as well as any other games they're developing but hasn't announced like, Dead Rising Reboot, Dino Crisis Reboot etc ...
Shame, very few people are talking about this game. AWII is mostly in the spotlight becoz of the digital only fiasco.
But the game itself looks soo good and interesting. Easily the best looking game at the showcase.
Can't wait for summer game fest's full length gameplay demo.

But anyways, I want this to be good, "The forefather of Survival Horror RETURNS".
The Trailer gave me, The Finals vibe (the upcoming MP game with crazy destruction, which looks really good & is getting good reception), from the retro-style editing, color palette used to the game's logo.
Don't know how good this game's gonna turn out .... but The Finals game sure looks verry cool & interesting.
Will Fairgame$ be able to compete later? Who knows? (Granted we don't know the structure or design of the actual game & its gameplay) .....
