Absolutely Incredible!
Nothing less.
You can treat this package as the 'actual' hypothetical launch-CP2077.
> Next-gen only and releasing after adequate development time with proper features.
I wanted this to release earlier .... a first person space based game releasing just after Starfield (even though the genre is a bit different) is not a good decision
Maybe the gamers who have are aware already of the game will play nevertheless but drawing in other players'll be tough
Just comparing one upcoming PC game's tech implementation to another recently released one ... nothing more.
Take your console/studio war comments under some other thread ....
_____
We're talking about a game that's not fully out yet ... & since you're a soulsborne fan, comparing strictly to Elden Ring's PC port ... BG3 & Starfield are still miles ahead technically, since Elden Ring didn't launch with a single upscaling feature on PC ...
I want an UE5 remake of both Unreal I & II
Yea ... Baldur's Gate 3 also launched with DLSS and FSR 1.0 ... no FSR 2 or XeSS ... so users without RTX cards were left with only the inferior FSR 1.0 ... of course, Larian can/may add them in future updates.
I'd say comparatively, Starfield launching with FSR 2 only, is better than launching with DLSS only.
FSR-2 is supported on the vast majority of GPUs.
And its rumored, FSR 3 release date may coincide with Starfield's release. So ... yeah.
Agree with the typical CoD campaign offering part ... CoD campaigns are my guily pleasure as well
Though I am not fan of the decision of labelling an MWII DLC as 'MWIII', instead of releasing MWIII as proper future standalone game ... I am slightly curious what they're doing with this campaign
Black Ops II & Infinite Warfare campaigns also had some varied choices ... but this 'MWIII' one might be far more wide open.
So, lets wait n see
So ... it's releasing 2 days after Alone in the Dark Remake?
* sigh * ... the competition I don't want
Alone in the Dark should've gotten a less crowded release window ....
So, its finally happening ...
... and add Crimson Desert !
Updates from Alan Wake II, Wukong, STALKER are more than enough ...
Pretty sure updates from Starfield, Spider-Man 2, Fort Solis, MWIII will be there as well
Unreal Tournament and Quake III were simply amazing ... CoD's and CoD-likes' rise killed the arena shooter popularity ...
Unreal Tournament 2004 is my favorite in the series.
Didn't enjoy Unreal Tournament III, Quake Champions that much.
Too bad Epic cancelled Unreal Tournament 2014 becoz of Fortnite
Yea no surprises here ...
Also the MWIII code confirms, its essentially a MW2 DLC
MWIII should've been the 2025's Infinity Ward's standalone title focusing on current-gen only
They could've named this DLC something else ...
MWIII should've been the 2025's Infinity Ward's standalone title focusing on current-gen only

Hope you enjoy the game even more, going forward.
Fellow DAO admirer here.
Also, what's your view on a hypothetical idea of EA contacting Larian to develop a future Dragon Age title?
No usual EA mtx or other bs involved strictly, just an idealistic partnership. Project will be envisioned as a true successor to DAO and will release quite a few years after BioWare's Dragon Age Dreadwolf. The current BioWare in turn will focus exclusively on action focused RPG...
Leaked video makes it abit more legit.
Titan Quest 1 was/is a low-key good ARPG
One of the most anticipated and good looking game this year.
Quake (not including the re-releases)
F.E.A.R
TimeSplitters
Hexen
Brothers in Arms
Bad Company
Resistance
Legacy of Kain
Midnight Club
Burnout
... many more
Pretty sure Alan Wake II will be one of the most gorgeous game coming out this year ...
And will prove, what a proprietary game engine like Northlight is capable of ...
