Rumors/Leaks suggest both Rocksteady and WB Montreal had numerous SP projects in-development, but none were greenlit by WB ... which resulted in developing the online-dependent Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad games ... the publisher prefer live-service projects more now.
compared to what? something like a 20 bucks add-on upgrade? that's more likely ... all depends on the extent of the upgrade they're doing ...
Certainly won't be a remake, so a remaster at best. So most likely a Director's cut kind of a release.

Kind of heart breaking to see, the studio, responsible for making 3 near-perfect super hero games is trying to sell a GAAS game which now looks like a Fortnite mod ... (after its initial announcement, Suicide squad was one of my top anticipated games, [since it was from Rocksteady], until they showed the damn gameplay, yuck)

Have been low-key rooting for BG3, Alan Wake 2 & Phantom Liberty since start of this year (as well as for Starfied but oh well ... ) _____ 3/4 ain't bad
Was expecting more nominations for Phantom Liberty, though ... yea I know its a DLC but atleast the devs turned the whole game around ...
Most likely will also return to Unreal Engine .... the next Dragon Age might be BioWare's last Frostbite based game.

Nah, the game's not pushing any where that level of tech ... instead, its either these devs aren't able to optimise the game properly or they just want to gain some attention via these negative comments...

Thank god Capcom believed on their own prowess and didn't just jump on the UE5 bandwagon.
Although RE4Remake looks spectacular... I just wish they could've chosen RE4Remake as Capcom's first REX title.
