1 movie on a small screen, and you had to standup to watch the movies.
Then yes.
Blu-ray has been consistently doing well since playsation launched.

1) They still have The strong support from all the studios that grossed the most from dvd sales and box office sales
2)There are simply more electronic companys making players for blu-ray
3)From the looks of it they are marketing the product more than hd-dvd

NG2 (demonstration) has worse graphics than NGS.
1) its missing bloom
2) environment textures look bland and lack textures
Though It is shaping up to be a great game , and its going to be pretty wicked. Again, it is still a long way to a finished product, so they have time to add in those effects.

You would not believe how many xbox owners I know who use the argument it is too expensive, and they can't afford a video card for the pc. Seriously it is missing lighting bloom effect, and the textures are not really there. Even the buildings they dont seem to be using a great range of colors.

halo 1/2 did not offer anything new, non fluid motion (as if you were floating).
UT, Quake Series, Counterstrike and Battlefield are the true FPS kings.
Btw the best team based fps ive EVER played is C&C renegade, someone needs to make that .
motorstorm = best graphics + racing experience / on + offline
It's not the best graphics (but fantastic graphics), but hell of alot of fun (gt4 is still the best for gameplay)
heavenly sword = best graphics + action experience
Its excellent graphics, and very very good gameplay, but god of war is better
gran turismo = best graphics + driving experience

Most of the things were already done on PC before halo came out.
Just that halo fans make it sound like its the best thing next to butter.

Yesterday my friends and I played halo 2 (4 player ) team deathmatch/deathmatch for 5 hours straight. Although I destroyed my friends and had a bit of fun, It still brings back memories as to why I dont play this game
