I was once a hardcore pc gamer... still somewhat am... but PS3 offered a very nice line up exclusive games ... not the same can be said about my xbox....
Its really waiting for Gears 3.
They wont.... honestly its the xbox fans that make cross game chat like a necessity...
Im sure if they did this alot of ppl will just drop gold...

blu-ray is great for the ps3 because it allows developers to put more assets in a single game...
as for the pc they are pretty much all manditory FULL installs hence blu-ray is not needed.
as for xbox developers are forced to either create a game to fit on one disk or put on multidisk.... its the xbox arcade to blame and the lack hd space on the early xbox's....
its funny how xbox fans will bash hd install but ...
Im playing it right now on PC and its a pretty optimized engine... even at directx 9 I must admit it beats KZ3 by a long mile... Dont know how the console versions fair.

I dont know where ppl got the Idea that more memory means longer gameplay....
It just seems that this idea was spawned from the xbox fan front to bah early ps3 games. Remember heavenly sword.....
more memory just means higher potential for developers to incorporate higher level of assets in a a game i.e. better textures, better sound compression, more pre-rendered movies .
I dont think they are robbing you.... If the demand is there to trade the game at that price and the consmer is willing to trade it in then it is OK....
Same goes the other way when you buy a game at 60-70 dollars if you cant afford it your not goingto buy it.
In the end of the day the DEMAND s there hence formulating the price in the market. NO one is making you buy or sell.

I went into a Ebgames recently which is owned by gamestop and I asked for a brand new game... they pointed me to the rack of opened boxes but they mentioned that the game is new.. THen I was like that is not new.I was about the walk out and then they pulled me back and said "maybe" we have some in stock. It took cashier 5 seconds to pull out a sealed game.
Yes pc is better. it makes all the multiplatform games on the consoles to shame
Remember Gears of war 1.... it still holds up against the best console games.
I cant emphasize how much more competiive pc gamin feels vs playing a console game
im in the same boat I own an xbox....
played all the EXCLSUVIVE material from the box and now its just being used as a DVD player ....
the argument is cross game chat.... but I find it just as easy to start a multiplayer game vs xbox.... its just that xbox live was the first platform to push console multiplayer and ppl are stuck on this idea.....
its almost like the idea that apple fanboys think their ipads and ipods are the only device that has apps... and fail to realize that other devices have very simlar features.
I like the my PS3 more since there are simply more exclusives and blu-ray is a big plus...
Furthermore I PREFER the controller over xbox controller... yes the xbox controller does feel more solid in terms of build quality but I have learned that the ps3 controller has always felt cheaper but we all know it will not break(hell they have been using similar design since the beginning)
In the end of the day I find it is much easier to do quicker buton mashing and...
man these idiots.. if they really think Sony or any other major company is evil why cant they make their OWN products.
Try making their own PS3 and gathering multiple studios to make games for their system

I got mine for 150 bucks couple months back... well worth the money...
It is now selling 99 dollars at all my local staples.
At least bring it on PC this time.... the resolution was pretty low.... it was an enjoyable game though.
Its funny how the xbox fans made the ps3 seem so expensive.... but fail to acknoledge that they get ripped off on things that shoudl be cheaper i.e. hd's, wifi adapter, optical sound dongle, live etc

no way HALO is overated. I traded in my Reach for $45 bucks for kz3 ... best trade in ever.
i guess they will only boycott sony products ;)
