I think very few people will stop paying. As long as less than 50% of people stop paying then MS will be making more money than before.
TBH I think that the number of people who would stop paying is nowhere near as much as even 20% which means MS's revenue from Live will see a sharp rise. After all, they really don't have an alternative (unless they want to use their PS3 exclusively for online gaming or they'll have to buy one if they haven't already).
Sequels tend not to make as much of an impact as peoples expectations end up quite high because of the original. Uncharted 2 is the obvious exception and shows that even sequels can blow your mind even more than originals.
I think the new IPs have the best chance of winning GOTY. I'm predicting it's either The Last Guardian, Alan Wake, or Heavy Rain.
Exactly
'To answer a lot of questions; Will #BFBC2 PC have dedicated servers the user will control? YES!'
You can take that any way you like but there's no way you can accuse Dice of taking a jab at IW from just that.
It's a question that fans of other multi-player shooters will be wondering and Dice has only done it's part in reassuring them that there will be dedicated servers.
Yeh I'm surprised Burnout Paradise isn't in the list.
Which one should I get it for?
Power line networking has been around for a lot more than just a few years. I was in Pakistan 7 years ago and my uncle was telling me about networking with a neighbour's computer through the power line.
I didn't believe him at the time until some years later when I saw products similar to these here in the UK.
It's such a shame that people read this and can only think of more negative things to say.
The point he's trying to make is that bickering about games the way so many do here on this site is a complete waste of time and energy which could be spent doing more meaningful things.
edit: He talks about not liking U2 which will get some people very worked up when TBH they really shouldn't care. He could have easily replaced it with any other well recieved game.
edit2: @ Counter_ACT, I don't think he's talking about anyone in particular. He has likely observed t...

I agree. It's too soon for these games.
Yeh this was said a while back too but it seemed to have been forgotten.
The goldspamming is rediculous. I was online when I saw the first goldspamming message (on Castor EU) with a load of smileys :O.
There are still a few bugged quests too and I have to change channel to get them to work. Channel 4 usually works.
Other than that the game is pretty solid.
Isn't the GoW Collection also coming to EU later than other regions?
I seem to remember some site mentioning it a little while back.
Considering the pricing of other X360 peripherals I'd be surprised to see Natal for less than $100
I think you'd be surprised at just how many people would take 10/10 to mean perfect.
Very true
Watch them complain about piracy after the PC version doesn't do as well as they expect.
That's what I was thinking.
When it comes to movies and games from other countries, the voice work is usually far better in the original language. It's such a shame the western version won't be in Japanese.
Hopefully the English dub will be good since it's a high profile game.
