Crap, another movie ruined due to the bad acting by Jamie Foxx.
Heavy Rain is second favorite console adventure game of all time, falling just behind "Dreamfall: The Longest Journey".
Good to know, when I played it a few weeks ago. The game was a tad buggy, nothing major but it did ruin the mood on one scene where someone was missing a head for a 30 seconds.
I really have no interest in playing HR again, since the killer's identity doesn't change. Though that may change after some time has passed (6+ months).
I predict that once the Splinter Cell gets a metascore that is around the same as the last few Splinter Cell games (high 80 to low 90).
You will be crying about how game reviewers are bias.
I remember the PGR incident as well and it was due to someone in advertising department using the wrong image.
well my brother, is the hospital thanks to Sony. There he was playing Final Fantasy XIII, when his dual shock 3 fell apart and millions of small spiders came crawling out and bit him.
If you haven't guessed by now I was making it all up, just like 90% of the people who talk about their "friend" or "brother" and how they just now hate a console.
Probably "Uncharted 2",
Though the only GOTY award I care about, mine. Went to "Dragon Age: Origins"
How does a game that is getting reviews that range from 7/10 to 9/10 considered mediocre? Sure the game has some issues but doesn't mean it's a low quality game.
Now if the game was getting reviews like 5/10 and/or had some game killing bugs then I can understand calling it mediocre.
Good review, if it wasn't for the fact that I just finished "Mass Effect 2". I would jump right back into Dragon Age.
Might have to save the expansion for summer.
"...created a distorted view of the world in their mind to live in."
That is rich coming from a fanboy that has proven that he also has distorted view of world. As for the article I'm not debating which game has better graphics, as I don't really care.
I just love it when disillusioned fanboys think there better then other fanboys.
Not really a fair comprehension. One is an atmospheric FPS (Metro 2033) set underground. While the other is an open-word FPS/RPG (Fallout 3).
I'm still hyped for this game, after reading through the IGN review and a few other reviews. This seems like my type of game, atmospheric with some strategy elements.
Don't forget Fable 3 is out this fall as well, that's two big fall releases and E3 hasn't even started yet.
So it makes sense to push GeOW3 to 2011.
Actually I do have a goddamn job and it pays very well. I'm actually get paid now while I type this.
When I talk about playing a game during the day, I'm talking about after work for about an hour or during the weekend.
Good review and I have a soft spot for atmospheric first person shooters. It looks like next week I'll have to play GOWIII during the day and Metro 2033 at night with all the lights out.
Not surprising since Sony's motion control system closely mirrors the one used by the Nintendo Wii. Which makes it an easier port job.
This news will probably help Sony sell quite a few systems (in North America) when Sports Active 2.0 is released.
Storage really isn't a problem it's lack of ram in both the X360 and PS3 that's going to cause the most problem for developers in the coming years.
@TheGrimReaper : Whoopi-do you can play the game on PC, good for you. Personally I don't care what console/PC you play it on, it doesn't effect my enjoyment of the game.
mediocre exclusives xbox... sorry couldn't hear you over the excellence that is Mass Effect 2
This review is flamebait and I've changed my comment because I don't care which [insert console] you prefer and why the other [insert console] sucks.
