Why so much hate for western developers? Most of my great game experience of the last few years came from games developed from western developers.
People seem to forget that only a small percentage of japanese games are brought over to Europe and North America and these games are usually the cream of the crop. Japanese developers are as guilty as western developers when it comes to developing generic video games (Dynasty Warriors is a perfect example)

Um maybe it's just me but I didn't see any slowdown in that video and haven't seen any slowdown when I've played the demo.

Peter Molyneux is one of the most influential game developers of all time. I look forward to reading what he has to say at GDC.
Good list... full of different styles of racing games and while the next GT will be the racing game to get in 2008... PGR4 is the racing game of 2007

Just downloaded the demo this morning, runs perfectly on my x360. I'm undecided if I am going to download it for my PS3. Was also surprised when it mentioned that the game is coming out in January (I thought it was out in early Feb.).
In any case the game looks rock solid on both consoles (based on videos I've see of the PS3 version), which is great news for the next Battlefield game.
I second that... I just hope Overlord 2 has more elves slaying
Any game screenshot will look good if it has been shrunk it as much as these screenshots
wow amazing... it's nice to see a 3rd person action game that is set in unused mythology.. one of the top games I am looking forward to in 2008

It's all up to Lucasarts, the only safe bet is that it will be released for the PC
I remember reading that every Capcom game (this generation) starts the development process on a PC and then moved over to the selected console.
You can keep FF13, I'll rather play an RPG where I can make my own moral choices.
@MK_Red : I don't hate JPRGs either I had great time playing Eternal Sonata a few months back. One of my pet peeves are people that make fun of WRPGs just because they don't like them.
good intro for a racing game... but like most racing intro's I still found it boring
can't wait to try GT5:Prologue next year... it might even stop me from playing PGR4 (which will be hard since PGR4 has a killer soundtrack).

Thank you for proving my point that you are confusing your own personal preference (in gaming) with the quality of game developers/development in various regions.
Also I didn't say Dynasty Warriors was a bad game (while I personally don't like the series) just that it is a good example of Japanese developers doing what developers do all over the world.
