bah like everyone has mentioned before how does 1 week of minor connection issues make it a serious problem.
While Uncharted is a great game (in my top ten of 2007) I disagree with it being the first real "cinematic game". Great cinematic games have always been around even before games started appearing on CDs and DVDs.
Even in 2007 I would place Mass Effect above Uncharted when it comes to cinematic game experience.
@Tanod : please keep wasting your bubbles by commenting on what I am saying because it doesn't bother me, since I won't even bother clicking on ...
Because it's a standard attack that fanboys use sort of like going to the same forum and hearing that the "x360 is only good for FPS"
If it does get to you just do what I do and auto-ignore them because 90% of the time it's just someone's duplicate account.
I think Micheal Bay is a hack, but the masses love his "explosion every minute" movies. I'd take a movie like "No Country for Old Men" over "Transformers" any day.
I hope so the better Mass Effect does the closer Bioware comes to making Mass Effect 2. I just hope their isn't a mass exodus of talent from Bioware before they finish the Mass Effect trilogy.
IMO Bioware is the greatest RPG developer in the world.
I am a proud Swiss
bah another useless character update... I would rather developer work on a few new area's for the game and make it worth my investment
In the end of this console cycle I have no doubt that the PS3 will edge out the x360 when it comes to graphics.
But fanboys are kidding themselves if they think that graphical capabilities of the x360 have already been maxed out.
If it has I would have to say bravo to Microsoft because apparently they have done something that has never been done before in the history of video game consoles.
that or they are porting the Crysis engine to the consoles and try selling it to various developers
Actually take it from me Uncharted and Mass Effect are the perfect match.
I've been playing both for the last 2 weeks and I've been using Uncharted as an action fix after every few hours of doing side quests in Mass Effect.
probably for both the PS3 and x360
I agree no way Haze will be released in January. If we are lucky we might get a demo though.
my favorite is how x360 is full of generic shooters while in the same breath they hype up KZ2 and Haze.
Now I am not saying that KZ2 or Haze will be bad, but they look just as generic as games sony fans love to bash.
It's interesting to read/gauge how fast the costs to produce video games are rising. I think by the next console generation most developers will be using the same game engine (more so then UE3) and focus will shift from creating better engines to storyline, art direction and marketing.
Sorry to interrupt you can all go back to your Halo3 bash fest.
I bought Uncharted over my break and it was one of my favorite games of 2007.
While the graphics in Uncharted are nice the graphics in Crysis are significantly better.
Just finished renting UT3 and I have to say I find it nothing special. While the graphics are nice it reminds me of Quake 3. Great for the first week due to the graphics but then it gets boring fast.
IMO Warhawk is still the game to beat for PS3 online fun.
This video like the other video of the kid getting an xbox 360 brings back wonderful memories of my childhood and getting an NES for xmas.
That is one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Both the 32X and Sega CD add-ons where used by Sega to force people to buy expansive add-ons to play a few games.
I have yet to play an X360 game that required me to have a HDMI connection and the HD-DVD drive can only be used to play movies.
Forget whatever logo is on the bag... the bag is sad all by itself. Place a Blu-Ray logo on it and it will still be sad.
