I've seen hints it was May 5th, 2015
@postedup
But everything you described can be said about GTA and postal as well. The only reason this is getting blasted is because killing civilians is the goal of the game whereas in GTA/Postal etc it's completely optional. Besides the idea this game is sexist/racist has literally no evidence backing the idea, especially when your goal is to kill everyone.
I think a bunch of bot accounts are jacking the degrees up and its mixing with real viewers who see it's degree status
On Steam, every title that has been rated by at least 5 review outlets has the metacritic score posted right there on the store page plain as day. People literally will not buy a game if they see that score is too low, disregarding any and all of the user reviews and the overall user review votes thats posted right next to gallery tab on the same page.
I agreed until you said Skyrim and Mass effect.
I don't usually throw the term click-bait in a comment but that title alone fits the description of one.
The game had plenty of flaws but I would in no way call it the worst game ever. You obviously haven't played many games to begin with if that's the case.
Edit:just noticed the report that it was written in early 2012
Why does this have 200 degrees atm?
@rain
@lawson
Yeah but that's still only a fraction of what a new game usually costs. Besides it's not like you have to worry if the movie is gonna have the whole film or if you have to buy the smaller parts in increments. Nor do you have to worry about the film playing like it should with a fix coming weeks after release.
I think review scores are so praised by people is due to the fact that games are very expensive when compared to movies. People dont like gambling with 60$, so they have to secure whether or not it's worth spending that much on this game. Movies are only about 1 to 2 hours long and about 15$ by comparison.

I think it makes a difference however, if Person A buys a few games every month vs. Person B who only buys that yearly CoD once a year or a few sports games, but Person B plays outside most of the time. At that point can we truly say that Person B is a gamer? If Person A goes outside and throws a ball around is he considered a Jock using that logic?
Yeah but that didn't stop millions of people going to see that awful TMNT movie with their kids. Like they care if it's good or not.
The resolution was set to 800p as an artistic choice. Ready at dawn wanted a letterbox format like most movies have, though the slight boost does help. Even if they set it to the full 1080p it would have no severe impact on the game's performance as they are aware of.
It's funny, I too am a female gamer, but I don't care that they make things that appeal to men. Video games as it stands are a male dominated medium. I can't tell you the amount of romance novels I've seen with hunky male models on the cover. Besides, for us ladies we get Ein and Eliot.
I think the whole reason nobody says anything about GTA/Postal is because in those games, killing pedestrians was optional, you were never forced to do it. But in this game, its the whole goal of the game. That's why people were offended by that mission in MW2, but you could disable that if you wanted.
@Marlin
I find it ironic you claim him to be a troll when he has 9 bubbles, which means many people agree with him. I keep seeing Foxtrots posts the most when I read into almost any article which means he's much more active than anyone and can't see at what point any of his comments are stealth trolling. Is that even a thing?
What's the difference between stealth trolling and not agreeing with the rest of the comments whilst giving reasons why? ...
@marlin
My reason as I stated beforehand was nitpicking and didnt affect any main part of it whatsoever. I was giving one example of what kinda audience 343 wants.
@madrigal
Yeah and I'm sure you'll find 0 troll/fanboy/hater posts in any one of those comments. The only way you'll ever find one is if you claim it to be one.
Also it doesn't help when you have a master cheif avatar and try to refute someones poin...
Yeah I can see that happening quite alot. You can usually tell who's behind the keyboard based on how they write and how they respond.
But more on topic, I think as a fan of old Halo, I do not like what the series has become since Halo 4. The reasons have been stated many times since its release and my friends also agree that it was a terrible direction to go in since bungie left.
Don't get me wrong I don't think bungie is some sort of godlike de...

He's allowed to give his reasoning about why he didn't like it, no need to throw out everything just because your opinion is different than his. There is no correct answer to this whole thing anyway.
Pirate attack imminent!
This whole game actually began development on 4chan on the /v/ board through multiple threads being made where the creator asked for feedback and ideas. Later it had its own blog created.
