Huh.
Just because it's cartoonish doesn't mean that it's not hard to run. If it wasn't hard to run a game like this then we would have had cartoony games on the PS360 that looked anywhere near as good as this graphically.
The rest of your comment is fine :) Bubble for "interesting"

Yeah, this'll be this teams first try at HD game development, and they've managed to raise the bar for graphics on their first try.
Imagine what they'll achieve when they get more experience.
Strange, since your avatar is a torchic from Pokemon, and your username is also torchic. Yet you claim you've never owned a Nintendo console.
Also, if you're not missing out on anything...
Mario Kart 8.
X.
Bayonetta 2.
3D World.
Zelda U.
And that's just the Wii U.
@thehobbyist
What I meant was switching between this game and other games. Wasn't saying that the game would need multiple disks. Although, I expect it will be one of the larger Wii U games.
I'm just glad that you'll be able to download this one digitally. That way they can never run out of digital copies. I'll probs be downloading it just because I know I'll be coming back to it years from now, and I won't wanna change disks.
Of all the games we'll be seeing at E3, this and Zelda are at the top of my must have list. This just looks so good, and if it's anything like Xenoblade then it will be.
What happens if this is better than Xenoblade? Will the sites that gave Xenoblade 10/10 give this 11/10?
Now it's the fastest loading console out there. It's probably helped by the whole flash memory thing, when the other consoles have hard disk storage.
Speaking of actual apps, where is the Miiverse app we were promised?
Good on ya mate. Planning on picking any other Wii U games up, or just this one?
Wow, they must really like that gliding and underwater mechanic.
The two MK games with them have scored 9s, and the two without them got 6s and 5s lol. jk jk, but it sure seems like it.
I'm sure you'll get used to this new way to play battle mode though, I think it would be quite interesting driving all the way around the track taking pot-shots at your rivals as you pass them. That way the faster drivers also get more opportunities to attack other players.
Dat new loading time after the next update doe.
Roughly 15 seconds to go from turning it on to playing the game. Less if you discount the time it takes to choose the game and your profile.
And the GamePad could have, like, the buttons and screen that Samus has on her arm cannon so you can feel like a real bounty hunter inputting coordinates onto your arm computer. That'd be awesome.
I agree, wtf. The game's literally 3 games in one, as well (although some are smaller than others). It's got to be at least an 8.
What's amazing is their ability to code without making mistakes (glitches) and having to patch them. They got through last gen without any day-one updates while other consoles had them for almost every game.
When they announced Rayman Legends the NFC reader was still in the screen, which, while really cool, was impractical since you could scratch the screen, and it couldn't be used for anything else while something was on the screen.
Just something little that others might have been confused by.
Another favourable review for MK8. This game's gonna be awesome.
As for the Elder Scrolls Online, I'm disappointed because the game looked to have so much promise.
The thing is, other games with similar art styles and themes on the PS360 have never looked close to what Mario Kart 8 is. Take Little Big Planet Karting, sure it looks nice, but not anywhere near MK8. And that's still the same graphical style (roughly) and the same kind of game (kart racer).
I think Mario Kart on the PS360 would look something like this https://www.youtube.com/wat...
That...
