These actually look really high quality. I'll probably end up buying a bunch. Mario, Link, Pit, Zelda, Marth and Samus look too sexy to not buy.
That's already 60 bucks if they're $10 each..
Well played Nintendo.
Got mine at the start of 2013, couldn't quite afford it when it launched.
It's not the joke that was the problem, it's just not cool to joke about people losing their jobs.
I'm thinking puzzles with multiple ways to approach them. Like with an open world that lets you do a lot, you will need puzzles that let you do a lot.
I think they'll be getting rid of most of the puzzles from old Zelda's that literally had one answer.
I might check my local shop, wanna play this game so badly before X releases.
Nintendo showed a bunch more, just not in the digital event.
Eg. they didn't show project giant robot, project gaurd, S.T.E.A.M., Star Fox (!), devils third, etc. during their digital event.
Super exciting! Wonder if Fox will end the year with a game featuring death stares as well?
That is super cool of them. Love how they signed that kid's cast, brought a smile to my face. :D
They didn't lead with splatoon. It was literally the last thing they showed in the Digital Event.
Oh hahaha I'm an idiot. I saw them pointing out the beautiful environments and thought that meant it was a new game with new graphics tech or something!
Wow, that's soon. I thought it'd be at least a year and a bit before we saw the next infamous. This game looks good, though. More infamous isn't really a bad thing.
I need dis game. Looks incredible!
Customisation? Oh lawd I need dis. This looks like heaven distilled into video game form.
I think Nintendo showed the most first party actually.
And one of them was Zelda. And another was Star Fox. STAR FOX.
And five of them were new IP's that we hadn't seen before. FIVE.
That camera angle wasn't actual gameplay. Perhaps they recorded some gameplay then replayed it with different camera angles? (like MK8's MKTV)
Indeed, Xenoblade is much longer than the average Zelda. I do expect this Zelda to be longer than the average Zelda, though. At least side-quest-wise.
Nintendo smashed it (pun intended).
While Xenoblade Chronicles X looks AMAZING, I think Zelda trumps it on a technical level. The grass is much more detailed, in X it's a bit flatter looking.
Both games look stunning, though. Will be buying both day one. I wonder if Zelda's world will be as big as X's? It looks giant from what we've seen.
Wat?
I agree that of the big three Nintendo is the only one that should be buying them, of course Sony could if they really wanted to. They still have enough, but it'd be a gamble. Microsoft actually can't buy them since there are laws against foreign acquisition of Japanese companies.
There are still other gaming companies too that might want them. Not just the big three.
