thre are still hardcore games on 360 just a few exlusive IPs like halo, gears, forza and maybe fable the rest of them are multiplats. kinect can held reduce game development time and cost but thats IT. for gaming its almost completely USELESS

ssds are too expensive they should just have regular HDDs with TONS of ram. A 1gb ddr 3 chip cost less than $2 to manufacture, YES its THAT cheap. putting 16gb ddr3 in the next gen consoles and some fast gddr5 would be cheaper than using ssds, besides ssds cannot replace ram because even ddr2(not even 3) is MUCH MUCH faster than the fastest SSDs

halo is just fun to play(both on and offline) with pretty good AI, THAT'S IT. I personally don't think the story is anything special but the alien designs are pretty creative though, I'll also give it that.
if you look at crysis 2, skyrim, forza 4, bioshock infinite, gears 3 and especially RAGE you'll realize that the 360 can actually do better than ffxiii so its possible the 360 version is improved.
remember that ffxiii 360 version was a last minute port. if it came out on pc it would destroy the console version lol I don't know why square enix doesn't give pc any love. they are consolites lol to hell with them.

I said it once I'm saying it again, kinect is a useless peripheral and instead of MS to create another first party studio and hire REAL talent to help resurrect the fable franchise they decide to use it to test the water with kinect and hardcore gamers.

kingDRAKE is ignorant. even crysis 1 MEDIUM settings with 8xaa,16xAF @1080p looks leagues better than anything on ps3 and crysis runs 60fps on those settings on my ancient gaming pc thats based on 2006 hardware. the ps3 was outdated even before it lauched when intel and nvidia launched the first generation core 2 duos and the geforce 8 series gpus.

Sony doesn't have a good relationship with nvidia. they simply went to them at the LAST minute to to get a gpu for ps3 because they realized that using a second cell as a gpu would fail.

cryengine 3 will take over next gen MS has sided with crytek in fact crytek has an inside track on the next xbox this time not epic so we can expect the console to come with at least 8gbram considering the fact that ddr3 is now dirt cheap(it costs less than $2 to manufacture a 1gb ddr3 chip and prices STILL continue to drop).
