The same dev team responsible for the first Stranglehold released one hell of a game for the PS2 and 360 called Psi-Ops:The Mindgate Conspiracy. Psi-Ops was a true gem, the graphics were good, physics were even better, throwing people around like ragdolls with your mind never felt so satisfying. The games ending literally ended with "To Be Continued", which lead me to believe a sequel was being made! Yippee!
Then Stranglhold was announced... now Stranglehold 2. What is ...
Why do people keep slapping his name next to Shrek? Ya know he did better works including The Rock, Team America World Police, ... Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3... and uh Spy Kids?
Last I checked, G4 sucked. So what's everyone celebrating and crying about? This is obviously just a move to garner more cash for a dying television channel.
Your toast drips of buttery truth.
Seriously though, MGS3 made people cry. Why should we expect anything less?
Should be injected with FoxDie.
The comment about MGS4 (and other story driven games) surpassing other media in emotional experiences is definitely true. If a developer can conjure up and execute a good story, with the aid of graphics, audio, and gameplay, it doesn't become a video game. It becomes something else... a new kind of media.
SS- Whats with the shades Itagaki? Whats going on behind the tint dude?
TI- I actually do not have eyes... *pauses* ... just empty, soulless, sockets...
SS- Wow, thats pretty sad dude, how do you cope?
TI- Acting like a douche of course.
Who are these guys and what country do they own?
You talking about me? Because I think Madden and Halo are both equally dogcrap.
This intelligent human being you speak of, are you speaking about the reviewer? His article is so discombobulated, my boxers actually bunched up while reading it.
Lets get some things straight. People stick to the racing franchise their good at. Meaning little kids who like flooring it around corners play Burnout, while at the same time, men who know how cars look, work, drive, and feel, play Gran Turismo. Everything in between is pure preference. But alas some people think Gran Turismo has some competition, this is pure misconception. The dedication at Polyphony Digital cannot be surpassed. Learn to race in GT5 or "Real Life", and you learn ...
I whole heartily agree with your comment. This is why I detest video game "journalism". Some random dungeon and dragons nerd decides to piss all over a racing video game that is actually, dare I say it, FUN. While not realistic and hardcore like Gran Turismo, Grid is a must play for any racing fan.
Glad to see this journalist douche went back to his beloved gay-elf-porn.
Wowee this is awesome I'm gonna download this right NOW!

What am I staring at? All of these pictures seem like artist representations, like rumored features being drawn up in photoshop. I say this because theres no way I'm scrolling through a click wheel, or "My Circle" type of interface.
If these pictures are the real deal, a glimpse of the future if you will, I am hugely disappointed. I urge Microsoft to keep beefing up Vista and make it worth the money. Vista might not be everyones cup of tea, but once you mess with some s...
I don't own a 360. "Only stupid people do*." The key word there is "DO". Meaning at this moment they have one sitting in their house. A naive Shank bought one over a year and a half ago. Luckily I wised up and pawned off that piece of crud.

Little Bastard...
GTAIV in my eyes is a huge letdown. My one sentence review summary would be, "Three steps forward, 6 steps back." Meaning while the gorgeous graphics, euphoric* physics, and superb sound are better than they ever have been, everything else took some huge steps back. The sloppy character movement, construed camera, vexing vehicles, lame weapons, repetitive missions, and doldrum story should have all been slammed by any reviewer.
With everything they did in last generatio...
Let's get a few things straight. I don't hate the 360.
I hate Microsoft. I have every right to hate Microsoft, along with their evil, half-assed, money grubbing products and devious schemes.
In the grand scale of things, I look at a companies overall view towards any of its products. Every company seeks to produce something that makes them money, but at the same time produce something that is beneficial to the consumer. What I look for is tell tale signs that the com...
Is just that, a trick. My 360 would work for 5 minutes when I tried this a year ago.
GTAIV will be traded in when I go and pick up "The Almighty" ... aka MGS4
