Everything from books to videogames shouldn't be given scores. I've said this a million times before, not everyone is into the same things, different media styles are pitched to different types of people. Video games especially, if we can even call them that anymore, have gotten so robust and complicated in every aspect, that its now become the most difficult to review or rate.
So why not suck it up lazy people, you know full well what games you'll be buying, renting, or passing ...

So this is GamesRadar's second full play through of MGS4... Hey I'm ok with that. Now all I ask is for them to play through GTAIV again and give it the score it deserves.

Old news I've seen this before.
I think its that "Bro" appeal that make them like games more, meaning their friends play it too. They go to work and talk about last nights adventure, killing spree, mission etc. I remember a time in school when some kids thought CounterStrike was the best game ever, and would talk about it all the time. Of course I had to remind them CS is a mod of the Best Game Ever (at the time Half Life).

Not even snake can resist MGS4! He gave it a 10/10!
Kudos to them for deciding written words give better judgment than a simple numerical or alphabetic score.
Based on the text however, I'd say if given a score, they would have went with a BestGameEver/10 ;)
