It wasn't just the 'gangster/ghetto' LA... they included fairly good knock offs of Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and East LA.... and San Francisco, and Las Vegas. I used the PS3 as an example because that's the system I own and that's the system I'm familiar with the software for. Copyright law applies to the 360 as well. And the PC. And all the handhelds.
Buying a used game is a transfer of ownership. If you take MGS4 to GameStop and get a bit of money for it, then I go in and buy it for a little more money (so GameStop gets their profits) no new copy of the game is made. The disc was yours, now it's mine. The same would be true if we were neighbors or something and you sold the game to me directly. If I borrow the game from you then the transfer is only temporary. I'd give it back eventually.

On topic: ps+ is more thAn getting demos a week early. Free games, free themes, discounts as high as 75%. My subscription has already paid for itself and I've only had it for a month. It wouldn't hurt to have a look.
Well said bubble for saying what I was thinking, and an agree for mentioning Metal Gear Solid. The End in MGS3 and Crying Wolf in MGS4 are particular favorites of mine.

1. Prototype wasn't THAT bad. I had fun with it. Not nearly as much as InFamous, but it was okay.
2. According to Sucker Punch InFamous was too big for the DVDs that the 360 uses. It would only fit on the PS3 BluRay. With a mission creator I2 is going to be even bigger. Setting aside the fact that Sony owns the rights to InFamous, would you really want this game on 2-4 discs? So now the question is, do you want I2 badly enough to buy a PS3?
Multiplayer? Really? Not InFamous. You have DCUO for that.

I have watched Fixed News. I've watched them enough to catch BillO the Clown, Hannity, and Beck lying on more than one occasion. On top of that, their straight news coverage is so obviously biased that the "Fair and Balanced" slogan is a joke.... literally.
One other thing... most news outlets can't produce a decent gaming story. The only time they even notice this medium is when there's some sort of controversy.
Here's the weirdness.
I know a guy who owns a Wii, a PS3 (with ps+), a 360 (with XBL Gold) and all he plays is Black Ops on his 360 and Runescape on his mom's PC.
I'm not a fan of first person shooters. I don't have anything against them, they're just just not what I enjoy playing. However, I have to say: this is a very well written blog. You obviously put a lot of thought and a lot of work into it. Definitely approved.
I completely forgot about Mariska Hargitay. She'd be a better fit than Biel too.

It is a bit more opinionated than I would expect from the "Unbiased" in the title. However, when you factor in the education level of the author (high school student), it's actually very well done. It reads like a 360 owner trying to be unbiased, and doing a pretty good job of it, too. He's not a fanboy, I'll give him that, but the 360 is his system. I don't really blame him. A lot of people like the 360.
I have to agree. Victorian London would be nice. Or Colonial America. I don't know if that will happen though. The way they're going on about 12-21-12, AC3 might be the last one, which suggests one of two possibilities: multiple times and places... Desmond bouncing all over history looking for the temples; or no Animus at all. GTA V will apparently be San Andreas. I have no idea why the article is saying LA, when they know that in the GTA universe, it's Los Santos.
