I'm growing rather tired of these articles that seemingly target the Xbox 360 as the main medium that pedophiles work their black magic through. It can happen on any platform, especially PC. Please stop these negative articles about the 360. Cant we all just get along?
Nothing that a No-DVD crack wont fix. Or custom executable. Yet again Pirates 3 million, Developers and honest consumers 0.

Just to clarify, I am an Xbox 360 fan, and I use windows vista ultimate on my PC, gave the Wii to my wife, because she enjoyed it more, play my PSP avidly, and love my PS3 and iPod Touch...I enjoy them all equally, but I call it how I see it.

The only thing MS really accomplished is dividing the gaming console market, adding to it's fanbase. As well, It doesnt really show much more than most consumers are cheap, and dont really understand anything other than flashy advertisements.
The Xbox 360 has lost it's teeth, the only thing left is to support what is left of it, as the PS3 and PC move ever forward. I have struggled with this for quite a while now, and honestly, I know why you cant charge for online, and the multiplayer component of a PC game....because intelligent people would never pay a premium for the ability to buy something. If DLC was planned for only the PC/360 version of the game to add functionality and increase the level cap, then there should never have been a level 20 cap for the PS3 version. It is anti-consumer to do this. Maybe we should just lay down and take it huh? I bet if this issue was on the 360/PC and the DLC was for the PS3, you would NOT have that tone.
The way things are going, they're burning their bridges behind them. Consumers will only take so much before there is a class action suit against gimping one version of the game, and then releasing DLC to further improve the other versions. Microsoft is a firm and standing example, with the Microsoft Corporation being sued in three different countries, for unethical software and hardware practices, and anti-consumer/anti-competition tactics.
The level 20 cap should NOT have been added in the first place if DLC to fix the problem was never planned. Way to copy and paste code bethesda. Can you say cross-compiler, or "easy(lazy) way out"?
You shouldnt need a payed incentive to make your freaking game equal on the platforms you release it on. Why not just call it Fallout 2.5 on the PS3? Because noone would buy it, thats why, but that's exactly what it is.

For GTA IV, I'm not sure as I dont own it. For Fallout 3, I tweaked all settings for performance, and I have no problems maxing it out as long as I am offline, well with the stuttering problem at least. There was a site or publication, that graded gaming publications and magazines that want to review games. IGN 8/10 for relaiability and accuracy, Maxim 1/10 for bias, paycheck dependent reviews, etc.

First, this is NOT a gaming publication, and second, I really dont believe that score is competent. Though it would be nice to see such a thing on the DS as well as the PSP. As well, Bathyj I had alot of fun with the game on the Dreamcast. It was intuitive, and except for certain voice commands, very spot on eith it's weird quirky approach. Though I concur, I dont think it was received well on the then dying Dreamcast.
I noticed that you left out the free wifi adapter that MS would make you buy seperately, as well as the memory card reader that you would have to buy seperately from the 360, oh and lets not forget that you can slap in any 2.5" SATA drive right out of the box, I have a 250gig in mine, and I use linux on it for research. Try doing those things with the 360 and it's going to cost you ALOT more.
