It is my opinion, and distinct observation, that the 360 version of Fallout 3 has anti-aliasing(or a very advance edge-blur) and a heavier contrast, otherwise, there arent any notable differences. I think most multi-platform games are getting closer and closer to cross-platform equality. I think that Dead Space looked way more defined on the PS3, just my opinion. Burnout Paradise looked very equal at a glance, until you get closer to some textures, in which case the PS3 version is sharper. GT...
The whole decline of piracy, due to a lack of new titles, seems so ironic, and yet a means to an end. Good job, if this cup holds water, I hope they push it across the table...
Are you trying to tell everyone what your stance is by having a burning Coalition vehicle as you avatar, or am I only imagining that?
You are wrong, this isnt the open zone, but rather than ignore the comment, I replied to it in the same zone that he posted it in. Also I dont know why I am even arguing with you, but my posts other than this one are usually intuitive, and full of researched facts I dont know how many times, people have PMed me and thanked me for knowing what I'm talking about and spreading the facts, for the enlightenment of gamers everywhere. I dont know why you would take it upon yourself to discriminate a...
Once again, socomnick types more useless opinionated garbage onto the already cluttered Comment forum. Nobody asked you what you thought, and if you have nothing of note to contribute, other than baseless negativity, I'm sure there are plenty of 360 RROD forums you could smear your degrading comments in. I'm socomnick, and I'm going to admit to being a 360 disciple without actually saying it. Then I'll probably respond to this response with something like I own more than one console, so you a...
Trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill, huh? Yeah, even after a decade and then some of bringing us top notch games, you'd try to sully their record with something as trifle as a typo? How about you contribute about a decade or more of unadultered excellence to the gaming genre, or STFU! I get so tired of idle mud throwing.
I own an Ipod touch 16gb, and I tend to agree with Sl1m Daddy. As far as slower less coordinated puzzle games and point'n'click adventures go, the Itouch and Iphone are contenders, but first person shooters, action games, and racers are no-gos. I have Vay(an RPG remake), Billy Frontier(an arcade like shooter),Brain challenge(as the name implies), Aurora Feint: The Beginning(touch and clear, sequence based puzzle), Cannon Challenge( a trajectory based shooter), Crash Bandicoot Nitro Carts( rac...
If I lived my life everyday in a world that used feasible physics, but then I played a game that simulated that, but I sucked from lack of skill.....I would NOT go around admitting it to everyone. I wonder if this guy has a problem walking into walls in real life. Hey physics are pretty random in real life, within a recurring set of implied laws, sometimes you jump higher, sometimes not, sometimes you slip and fall on flat ground, sometimes not, but what goes up, must come down, and a body in...
All the way to my third replacement 360(20gb pro without HDMI) I got the same case back with different innards(ended up selling it), then when my elite first got the rings, I marked the case out of curiousity, and when I got it back it had the same S/N and date but a different case( the mark was gone, and one of the vent holes used to be a little larger than the rest. Then it got the ringworm again 3 months later, but this time I got what appeared to be the same case back and I still have it ...
I view software piracy, the same way I view those incredibly ignorant people I see on COPS, running from the police...They think it's their right to run, just because they have the abaility to do so, and it not only puts the driver and passenger's lives at risk, but it also affects all those around them, and unavoidably they will be stopped, whether by choice or force, and reprimanded. I see in the not so distant future, stricter copyright infringement laws being passed, that will put the cra...
Congatulations on a legitimate acheivement...
To whomever wrote this article, it must have taken some creativity and elbow grease, however. I couldnt help but notice some errors, maybe typos... Like for instance, in the spec chart, the PS2 could display a 1080i signal, just go check out Gran Turismo 4, the PS2 could be shipped with an HDD and a copy of Linux, for extra of course, second is that the PS3's cell does the audio, so for him to cap it at 7.1 is kind of weird when it's capable of more farther down the line(remember that there i...
Who loses, when a publisher backs out from bankruptcy, and the developer cant afford to bring their game to market? Inevitably, the software pirates hurt themselves, and their gaming friends. There is a reason that it is referred too directly, as stealing. There is a reason that SWAT teams are having to organize strikes on suspected piracy shops, and the homes of software pirates, it's amazing how you stab someone else's credibility with terms like bias, and half-baked attempts to defend not ...
I just dont understand why problems arise with a P2P Host network, which is what Xbox Live is. Essentially you are paying to use a messenger service, to connect to your friend(s)and play games with them, which is covered in the connection. It's like having to pay to walk to your friends house, because Microsoft bought the road. I have searched high and low for a justifiable reason that XBL costs money, upkeep? Again it's a P2P network Host , like Limewire for consoles, with a tweak function. ...
Thank you for you gratitude, and as well that is an opinion, and I can respect that. It's nice to talk to a civil person.
Sorry, my feelings for Microsoft are irrelevant, as I have had two zunes, 3 ipods, one ipod touch, two palms, 1 pocket pc, and I have a laptop, and a computer that both run Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate(SP1). I would say all that compliments my being the owner of an Xbox 360. As well, it puts me in a fair position to judge a product I have not only owned twice, different models of Zune, but also all of it's competitors. i have weighed pros and cons, and trust me, the Zune is pretty much on...
That would be about all the Zune was useful for anyway. It had a nice screen, but the whole platform has been an icon for how to drop the ball...
what is $49.95(no taxes), times oh say...20 million consumers? How about $999,000,000.00, not including all the differences in price around the world for the Xbox Live Service, or even the 2+ years that they've been out(and charging). I'd say they could more than afford to scrape together a little freebie like this and then write it off at the end of their fiscal year taxes.
By the way, that is one spiffy avatar! LOL
I agree that it poisons the soul to hate someone. Even terrorists, and I live by the OLD saying, "hate the sin, but not the sinner"... By hating anyone based on their be(L)iefs, s(O)cial status, color, gender, etc, you adhere fundamentally to the same belief structure as the terrorists, that spread hate and fear on a daily basis. We all bleed the same color, and die the same way(alone), and perhaps meet again in the same cycle(if you belei(V)e that way), or fad(E) out of existence t...
