Gamers will never admit it, but we are all graphics whores. The most interesting thing about video games is that they are still evolving visually and they area evolving fast. If a new console released and it had lesser graphics than the last, no one would buy it.
There are so many better games you could play on hardware that you spent thousands of dollars on. Halo is a dinosaur now, so many other games have surpassed it to the point that it's not relevant anymore.
You're not going to get two of the same thing, especially if one is inferior to the other. No one has ever bought an ipod and a zune. Same logic applies here.

Totally not worth it. Once you play the campaign a few times, you never touch the game again. Online is not worth it either.
If games are going to eat up this much space, they need more replay value.
4K games are definitely not for this generation of games. The tech can't stream them and the TVs that display them are far too expensive for the average gamer. Anyone that thought that ps4 would stream 4k was fooling themselves.
Someone forgot the 16 rule. Memory goes up 16x with each console. 256 mb*16=8gb.

I've tried to get back into home to past few days, but I think Home's biggest flaw is that it is filled with gamers. Much like FPS voice chats, people just go on home to troll, which makes it hard to have conversations with people because they all have their guard up. Even general greetings are met with a distant hostility until you have proven that you are genuine.
Not to mention, communication in general is painfully slow because most people don't have keyboards...
