Thats probably true. But as a PS3 gamer, that scares the hell out of me.
Personally, I almost hope they do. Because they have spoiled me with the PS3 this gen. When PS3 was first released, it was an 850$ piece of tech that they sold at a lost for 600 and 500$.

Remember the 64 bit Nintendo64? Its main competition was the 32 bit Sony Playstation and the 32 bit Sega Saturn.
Let me shed some light on this. Yes the PS3 is still the most powerful home console. The PS3 defintely has the better processor. The WiiU's processor is just basically 2 Wii processors. The WiiU has the better GPU vs. the PS3's. The WiiU has more RAM than the PS3, but the PS3's RAM is faster. Lets see if the WiiU will ever produce a game that looks better than Uncharted 2. I doubt it because working with slow RAM is extremely frustrating for any software developer.
A sequel to M.A.G. is what I want. M.A.G is the most fun shooter this gen.

In my opinion, Microsoft is the company that should be looking to bounce back. The PS3 has outsold the 360 every year worldwide since 2008. Secondly, name at least 5 things that XBL does that PSN doesnt do that even justifies the price difference between the two.
