Whether thats true or not. The real question should be, which exclusives will actually be better? Sales is a different story.

Thats not the only game. AC3 is has also sold better on the PS3 vs. the 360. The install base between the PS3 and 360 is now virtually even.

Not necessarily. The Wii was in competition with 2 other consoles that is still selling really well. Not to mention the fact that those 2 other consoles has the big 3rd party games on it that Nintendo really wants also. If you want a good example of "domination", look at what the PS2 did to the gamecube and xbox, those consoles stopped selling completely at 20 million and 30 million, whereas the 360 and PS...
Exactly who lied about what?? And those same "best 3rd party titles" were also on PC and PS3.

Nope. Not in this day and age. There is too much stiff competition for any 1 console to dominate.

Its not a disappointment at all. But at the same time, the WiiU is not a real true next gen console. But its gpgpu does make the 360 and the PS3's GPU look dated. The WiiU does have some 1st and 3rd party 1080p games. That right there might make Sony and MS release their consoles next year or early 2014. So you've gotta give Nintendo their respect for being able to do 1080p.
The previous game, the co op gameplay experience was great. Its good to see this game back again.

Why should we just settle for cheap innovative 10$ games? Why shouldn't we push for more 60$ innovative games? Last gen was a very successful generation of gaming and it didn't take 16 Call Of Duty titles to get there.

Unfortunately the PC platform doesnt have the big name great exclusives like Gears Of War 3, Uncharted franchise, the Metal Gear Solid franchise and the Super mario franchise just to name a few.
I say its time for next gen consoles. This gen is getting stale. Do you guy realize there were at least 16 call of duty titles released during this gen alone?? This gen is stale and developers need new platforms that will hopefully refresh their innovation in making games.
Reminds me of 2006 all over again when the PS3 came out and had a web browser. People were moaning and complaining how useless it was because everyone supposedly has a pc. Wii U owners, get used to the moaning because there will probably be more in the future.
One thing I've learned this gen is. The better shooters always sell less.

The Playstation brand as a whole has always been profitable for Sony, even in 2007 when they were losing at least 200$ on each PS3 console.
Personally I think this is a spin off game from the MGS series that stars snake. Not the real Solid snake but another clone.
