Title holds true for me as well. I didn't buy a wiiu for the MP paintball or racing games, or the hack and slash sequels, or level creators, or MP fighting games. I bought it expecting some true sequels to zelda, metroid, mario, and star fox. All i got was remasters, spin-offs, and half remasters that banked too heavily on nostalgia and a "unique" control scheme.
Between this guy, markiplier, and kinda funny, i feel like we're steadily approaching real life Idiocracy.
I think he meant third party support. How many of your friends own a wiiu compared to a ps4 or x1? I have one friend with a wiiu, about a dozen with a ps4, and 5 with an x1. Guess which systems i bought games on to play with friends? Not the wiiu. In terms of vita, we at least have the option to play PSP and PSN games from our accounts on them, something nintendo has yet to figure out how to do.
Wow, this guy actually gets it. Nintendo never learns from their mistakes, and refuse to play catch up with the rest of the world. This is what happens when you run a worldwide company out of Kyoto.
Well, this is what happens when you delay your game 4 times in 2 years. Maybe you, as a company, shouldn't have shipped hard copies out to resellers 3 weeks early! Dumbasses!
Why do you people keep suggesting AMD? If sony and MS had steered clear of them when building X1 and PS4, we wouldn't NEED PS4.5 or X1.5 or whatever. They build underpowered APUs.
Road Redemption on PC has this covered. A truly fantastic callback to road rash, with some modern features. Still in early access, but one hell of a game for $20.
Except they already said it was coming out in 2017, but not at launch. So it won't even be a launch title. They're just sitting on a 99% complete wiiu version, making everyone wait.
You mean all of the remasters and rehashes of old games? Yeah, i played them last gen. No new metroid, no real new mario game, no new zelda, a very mediocre star fox, mediocre kirby, a garbage mario tennis, garbage mario party, garbage animal crossing, a very dismal amount of VC, no GC VC, a terrible battery life for the gamepad, need i continue? Zelda has been the one reason i've held onto my wiiu for this long, and now i have to wait a year AND get the inferior version just so it doesn...

Yup, and they're the only ones that have had to release a whole new console because their "concepts" failed hard.
Incoming gimmicks and fumb hardware decisions that will cause third party devs to run for the hills and will only be utilized in three games.
So a guy that clearly can't hold down a job is trash talking a game, and keeps making comparisons to FPS games? What a winner!
I'm sure it'll get a "back to basics" reboot in the next year or so.
Might as well release it now considering the game has been available since yesterday.
So for those of us that pretty much bought the wiiu for a new zelda game, we're getting the inferior version a year later. What a kick in the teeth. I'm done waiting for nintendo to stop making bad decisions. The wiiu will be my last nintendo console. Everything else from here on in i'll play through emulation when it catches up.
I think "incredible" is a bit of a stretch, especially considering most of these games are indies. Better than average sale for nintendo games, but that's not hard to achieve when their games rarely get more than a 15% discount, even years after release.
I'm fine waiting. I'd rather wait and get a (relatively) glitch free experience than attmpt to play and risk running into them.
Wow, great effin job pushing that release date back so everyone can enjoy it at the same time. Now people are getting it almost 3 weeks early? Seriously, great job. Maybe i should contact amazon and get mine early too ?
Maybe if the gamepad had a battery life of more than 2 hours, and wasn't required for streaming apps, it would be better. Also the most awkward "controller" i've ever held, third party N64 controllers included.
