I could care less about the fps lock, but for god's sake, make an option to speed up battles, or skip the first 3 hours of FFX. They're such a slog, and whenever i think about playing the remaster, i get vietnam flashbacks of that first 3 hours of tutorial.
Hey, it's not for everyone. Admittedly, the uncharted games revolve around climbing, cover shooting, and walking, and it does get repetitive if you're not into the story. And it's not like it does any of those things exceptionally, it's all pretty average. Most people are blown away by teh grafix and story, and much like kojima, it's just blind worship and defending the franchise above all else.
Overwatch sucks just as much as battleborn. The only difference is that overwatch sucks because it's a terrible TF2 clone, and battleborn sucks because gearbox tried to make it a borderlands moba and failed.
I guess because i expected a new metroid, a new zelda exclusive to the system, a controller worth a damn, and got a bunch of spin offs, remakes, and barely changed sequels, i'm entitled? Fuck right off.
Have you implemented a way to ban people who keep sending in articles for sites like kotaku and gamesradar? If we had a way to do that through voting, it would be great.
Sounds great, something to look forward to in the next few years. I just picked up a 980TI to go with my 144hz 1080 monitor and i'm happy with it. Can't push new games at ultra at 144 but can achieve 120. Been using DSR on other games to get 2K and that works great as well.
The fact that you're even calling it a game is creepy. It's a social media app pretending to be a game with microtransactions.
Nope. World war games in general have been played out. Futuristic jetpacks and lasers are played out. A sequel to 2142, or even just a remaster is what is needed, and i'm staying awaybfrom BF until i see one. We all know it's going to be buggy and have 3/4 the content locked behind DLC anyways.
Wow, great. So instead of reviving a sequel to 2142, they do this garbage. Time to skip BF along with COD.
They sure weren't honest about the wiiu, and it tanked. You willing to trust your hard earned money with a company that is stuck a decade behind everyone else, you're pretty brave.
@monkeyman
Listen, the reason bayo doesn't sell multi millions on any system is because the majority of us that have hit puberty, aren't pedos, and have played a hack and slash before just didn't find it that interesting. Making the protagonist a stripper with long hair and a terrible story really just isn't that great. Sorry to break your nerdy nude female lead character fantasy bubble.
Everyone is looking at those sales, nintendo included, and are STILL calling the wiiu a failure. So quit defending it, you look incredibly stupid.
Except that it took a 50% price cut in a year in order to push it from 400k to 1 million. In most cultures that's called liquidating your assets because you want to get rid of them. So yeah, no crow is being eaten, those people were still right.
Well, do what you can to get callofdutyfan and rearden banned from this site. They're the ones that keep referring articles from that garbage site, and it's likely they're actually working for them too.
If the wii had released this decade instead of last, it would've done just as badly, if not worse than the wiiu. The wii came at a time when online was in it's infancy with consoles, so it got away with a lot in terms of sales because people weren't concerned with playing with friends online. It was a flash in the pan, and nintendon't have the talent, or frankly the balls to do what needs to be done in order to push enough NX units to make up for the wiiu. They have a bunch of...
Like many others, i feel the last good BF entry was BC2. BF3 and 4 were hot messes months after they released, and i'm definitely not dropping any money down until they go on sale, or they make 2143.
While i don't agree that their last r home consoles were failures, i will say that nintendo will go the way of sega if the nx bombs, and based on their history of not learning from their own mistakes, i would say the probability is high. Maybe they need to stop making consoles and get back to making great games that don't require a gimmick.
The real idiots are the ones who use any sort of site review to base whether or not to make a purchase, they're not to be trusted. Get a friend who has the game, borrow it, go to their house, rent it, watch a stream, something.
Everything that comes out of japan has the same anime look and nonsense translated title. If you want a dedicated japanophile machine, get a vita.
Do they consider a "return" as logging in, seeing things were still broken, and logging back out? That's what i did, and i'd be willing to bet 80% of returning players did the exact same.
