It should be. Will it? Probably not. I know games take a while, but we knew because of Anthem and Avengers that this kind of game was a horrible idea waaaaaaay before even the Suicide Squad first gameplay trailer.
Yeah on point with the Ratchet & Clank thing. Not just graphically but in terms of taking advantage of the SSD. I’d hoped to see more creative uses of the fast loading by now instead of it just being a quality of life improvement.
I’m digging it so far. Art design is awesome, and does so really surprisingly gross but creative things. Almost a psychedelic Rick and Morty aspect to it.
Don’t wanna ruin it for myself so not gunna watch it. Saw a tiny clip, kinda gave me more agile God of War vibes, and definitely looked rated M, so that’s good enough for me.
My tv has VRR, so I’ll probably check out balanced first, switch to performance if there’s any issues. For this type of game I think performance will be more important. Just me.
Good for them! Didn’t see this coming. Given the reasonable price may check it out when things calm down a bit. Seems like the unofficial Starship Troopers game people didn’t realize they wanted.
F&$k Ubisoft. F$&k EA. F$&k Activision/Blizzard. These big publishers will never change so long as people keep complaining but still buying their trash at launch. Thankfully, with Skull & Bones, Kill the Justice League, etc. reality may be finally catching up with them. I feel like we may be entering an era of many more AA and indie games. And I’m fine with that.
Got it at launch, lots of potential but it was rough. Stopped playing. Might hop back in in a month or so, seems like the developer has been steadily fixing it. Should have been delayed
The writing and characters are so horribly done, especially given the subject matter. It’s fine to tackle suicide in a game, but this ain’t it.
Ummm I enjoyed The Order, but one of the most acclaimed games last gen? That’s a stretch.
I’m thoroughly enjoying it. But a 9.8? Ehhhhhhhh. It’s like Vampyr, solid 8. Ok performance, good soundtrack, surprisingly good writing, solid voice acting, character models are decent but sometimes bad, great atmosphere, combat is interesting but a little floaty and lacks punch, and while it looks nice, it’s AA nature shows through a good bit. But if you like this kind of game, lots to love here.
I love this game but how the hell have they not balanced the nameless puppet fight yet. And yes I beat it, I don’t need to “get gud” and I’m sure you all are gods who beat it first try. But that fight is unbalanced to a broken degree.

The writing is hot garbage. Especially considering the subject matter. Incredibly inept. No loss though, cost me nothing. Graphics and performance were ok though, I’m assuming it’s something of a tech demo for them.
