Ah yes that little know collaboration bewteen two previous competitiors, as they put console fanboyism aside and team up for their greatest adventure yet, it was a true classic and I await the sequel with baited breath!
Nah this is defo a game that lived up to the hype and even exceeded it in many ways, a true classic. I actually preferred it to Ocarina tbh.
I much preferred the Burnout series before they americanised it, the euro style dance music was so much better, since then, yeah it's still fun series but it has lost something.

Gotta say, that looks way too much like wow tbh, I know some of the devs are ex Blizz but cmon, couldn't you be a bit more imaginitive?! Looks quite good though don't get me wrong but the playboy looking character is awful and am I right in thinking there is only three races/classes in the game cos all that's been shown so far is the same 3 toons over and over?

I thought it was good but I also thought Braid was a much much better game.
It will be Elite, mark my words. It's sci-fi, it's a British game hence being revealed in a British mag, the guy that co-created the original makes games exclusively for the 360 nowadays (Kinectimals and the Disney Kinect game) and there has been hints of a remake of Elite for a while. Although I never played the originals I am a massive sci-fi fan and loved Freelancer (which was made by Microsoft) so I am one happy man!
This could be the much needed breath of fresh air wow needs, everyone says that the game has become stale and yet when Blizz are potentially doing something fresh everyones quick to judge and say "please give us the familiar cos change scares me", seriously double minded you people are, I for one am curiously optimistic.
I bought this game but regret it, I'm a fan of Kinect but this game really didn't use it well imo, also it was not as good as Rez overall which is strange. Should of been a 800msp release, then I would recommend it. Giving it a 10/10 is ludicrous tbh.
Speaking soley of the campaign, Halo 2 was truly dreadful and was my biggest entertainment disappointment ever alongside the Matrix sequels. The MP on the other hand was good, but it's a shame mp is only a side distraction for me though.
ODST on the other hand, now that is how you do a campaign, truly excellent and memorable and cruely underrated.

I was so busy trying to stay alive (i turned on some of the hard modes) that I completely missed almost all of what he said, so for me it was a great game but the narrator was only useful in quiet moments.
So yeah I agree wholeheartedly with this well written article.
