Agreed, mp is fun for sure but I'd like a way to lvl up my character that doesn't involve getting raped by kids with a better internet connection! The lag is killing me man!
This is the first Japanese game I've been excited for since....well I forget actually. As a kid it was only Japanese games I looked forward too so the pendulum has swung for sure.
But there's something to be said for superior Japanese game design in these metroidvania style (with a masochistic twist) games that I still adore.

Agreed I loved this game, still enjoying the mp actually and the sp campaign was very good with some nice plot twists and gameplay that never got repetitive. So a 3/5 is a joke tbh, more like a 4.5/5. I actually enjoyed it alot more than gears 2 as it happens which is why I will only be getting gears 3 when it's on discount.
How would this NOT encroach on TOR? ME is clearly Bioware's (successful) attempt at a star wars type universe. Yes ME is far more interesting to me than TOR and I know they are different teams within Bioware that develop both games but there would be too much overlap imho.
Unless they made it into a true sci-fi mmo, ie a next-gen Elite/Eve/Freelancer unlike the wow clone that is TOR then I would be all over it.
If I didn't give away my wii years ago to a local church I might be excited but as it is, meh.

Hell yeah it is! I know a classic and mediocrity respectively when I see it and GW2 and TOR fit those descriptions to a tee. This may offend TOR fanboys sure but do you really expect me to get excited about a wow clone with a star wars skin.
I love star wars as much as the next guy but I've been there done that for the last 7 yrs thx very much. Finally a next-gen mmo comes along and it's ftp (well free after you buy), nothing can compare to it.
One of the best games this gen by far, doesn't matter that it's a little generic when it's one of the most fun and epic games in a long while, 7/10 is a joke.
Nah gears 1 had the best campaign, havn't played gears 3 mind.

It was a documentary I watched one time that was backed up with facts. Yeah I know some Asians can handle there booze but the docu found that many Asians had a gene that meant they couldn't handle it and yes would go red and well quickly drunk.
I must repeat it wasn't all Asians that had it and some westerners had the "low tolerance to alcohol gene" but more asians had it by far.
But hey I would like to try this "Soju", it so...
