Wow thats some idiotic logic, how can this work in their favour when they lose $200 on each console? Sony needs to sell 500,000 of each title to make PS3 profitable. Downloading or ripping 500,000 copies from your friends doesnt count. If it runs rampant expect PS3 to go the way of the Dreamcast. Piracy is lame and I found that unless I buy a game I just dont play it as much. Not sure why but thats why my 360 will always be mod free.
that gameplay footage is total crap. Honestly that doesnt look next gen at all. The target renders are full on wicked though and no wonder people got excited if games looked like that I would be on ebay right now overpaying for a console. I hope PS3 gets to this point in the next couple years it would be amazing to play something that looked like that.

I think they all look pretty damn good. I was surprised by the Wii. In the end Its rumble that makes my decision for me because aside from a little lighting they look equal. Now put those on a 40" lcd hdtv and maybe we would see a real difference?
I would buy a PS3 if an exclusive game came onto it that was on par with gears. I hope this game can do it cause I love gadgets. It has been mentioned before that it costs alot more to develop on PS3 so a big budget doesnt neccessarily mean a better game. Just a more expensive one. Still I get excited when I hear of a developer throwing everything they have at a project cause it sometimes produces a gem. I never heard of killzone before so I will look it up now.

I dont like cgi trailers (so Sony)I think it spoils the game since the graphics cant equal the cgi. The best part of the Gears ad is that it was in game engine and the graphics really do look that awsome. I wish they would have done the same here it would have gotten alot more respect. As of now they might as well have used stick figures. Its like the ads for a Big Mac, I have yet to order one and actually see the beef hanging off the bun like that.
