Great for people who were on the fence, but for me I still may not buy this seeing as there is really only 1 game i really want....GT5.
Before the last 2 generations they were no real fanboys. Something has changed where people want others to hear their opinions, and people have the right to complain....maybe that was the internet.
I know the Wii could do a quality third person Dead Space, to bad they went where a lot of other big franchise games have gone....on-rails. I like the genre just feel Dead Space would be better played in third person on Wii.
yea the game looks promising
Yay for gonintendo
!!! thats a bold statement
It will increase next month.
it is specific games in my case, although i have heard that doing to much waggle will actually mess it up. MotionPlus hates waggle as much as the haters do.
I'm glad they are going to try and fix this minor problem. Wii Sports Resort in games such as table tennis would get alittle off at times and would screw me up when going against Lucia.
Most of the games in Resort didn't have this problem, but the problem does exist and I'm glad the Red Steel team acknowldges it instead of pushing it to the side.
Red Steel 2 is looking to be a very quality title.
wow PlaystsationGeneration you know nothing about this game
I say bring on the pain. Megaman 9 was by far the hardest game I have played this gen. We need more games like that. I get tired of regenerative health and aim assist.
Give me the 3 lives and I'm out...obviously to the games where that could apply.
A 20 hour game full of exploration is a different story and difficulty like Contra is nto needed imo.
Best part in the interview:
"What we can say is that we’ll still do mature games for the Wii market because with an install base of some 34 million in Europe and America (maybe half of whom don’t own Xbox 360s and PS3s)…. So even if you took half of those where they’re not into those (core) games, you’ve still got 8 million consumers to go for. So I think the sheer scale of the Wii allows a shooter, or a mature game, to be a niche but a successful niche. And because the deve...
Ill agree with you Arius, Wired did seem a little like they were alittle harsh on some questions, but the Prez of Sega did a very good job at not being as candid as other Sega interviews. Glad to also hear that Sega is able to do more risks on Wii and like these games and still make profits.
Really great interview for Sega.
Sucks Madworld was disappointing, but it is good to hear that both The Conduit and House of the Dead were a success.
Good job Sega, keep with it.
Edit: odd how Wired in their first sentence says that The Conduit was a flop, but later in the interview Sega says it's a success.
I wonder how far they will go with this feature? Will it get so bad that I start shooting at things that are not even there?
Iwata is the man.
I'm with you. If true though it would be awesome.
I mean Gamestop isn't known for their reliable information, but this did come up so i guess we should atleast think about the possibility.
Agreed. More characters would be awesome. I really hope this is true.
That would be awesome, but they won't do that. Capcom would never be able to produce a better fighting game than that :)
Just like most other big name franchises that release every year...ill skip it.
