More like Nostrelame!
FortGTGuy: you called it 174 days in your preview for the article.
Okay, I got owned.
First person ever on the website to admit to being wrong about something?
Ahhhhhh!!! I can't understand why anyone is complaining about multiple discs.
To those people: Are you really too lazy to get up for 30 seconds and swap a disc every once in awhile? I mean, you're active enough to take a game break to drive to Wendy's and buy 10 pounds of grease to progress your stomach and acne growth, so changing a disc shouldn't be a big deal.
Actually "rumble" is 2 gen's ago. 64 rumble pack, come on!
I think Sony should've just included this with the original controllers, and not made a big deal about it. Rumble is a bit gimmicky, but there's no reason for every control created from now on not to have it.
The only thing better than an RPG is an RPG that takes dozens of hours to complete. By the end you really feel like you've been through the journey yourself. 4 discs? Awesome.
but from what I hear this game could be awesome.
Look at my comment below. Just know that I have never owned a Sony Playstation, PS2, or PS3. You're the ignorant fanboy.
1. He said "there" instead of "their" at least twice in that article. Where was the editing? Lame.
2. I agree and disagree with the stuff in the article. My forecast is that Nintendo continues to rake in tons and tons of money, as they have been doing since the Wii was released. However, both Nintendo and Microsoft will be forced to create new systems in just a few years. Nintendo, because once better graphics for the other systems kick in, the Wii will...
although usually I have a strong hatred for fans of any single system, the PS3 peoples have made pretty solid comments in this topic. I really think that, although it's going to take a couple years, once developers find ways to make PS3 games for less money with better graphics than the 360, the hardcore gaming market will start to sway from MS to Sony.
this could be the game that forces people to stop calling the wii's motion control "just a gimmick".
Unfortunately, MP3 didn't do that (it did in my mind, but not for the PS360 fanboys).
I'm super super excited for this game, but this could've been so much more. Of course, they haven't released all of the WiFi "modes" yes, so there could be great stuff on the way. But it seems like there will be no player stats and voice communication. I think the only use of this mode will be to practice against human AI, because without voice communication or stats, we're basically just playing human computers online.
Nintendo is still way behind in the online de...
I must admit I'm looking forward to a lot of those games as well.
I wish there was a law that wouldn't let developers release sequels within some amount of years of each other. It'd up the quality and innovation in each sequel, and promote new quality franchises. Obviously just a silly idea though. ;)
all of this speculation. Why can't we just let the games and the actual sales dictate the future? The simple fact is that no one actually knows how the three systems will do in the future, so why does it matter? Just buy the games you like for the systems you like, and we can talk about which is the best system in 2 years when we have some *real* numbers.
that's a lot of sequels
That would mean they make the systems in the US for LITERALLY free. Wow, you're an idiot.
I'm not a nintendo fanboy, but I'm also not an idiot like you.
Either
1. The screenshots have been pixelated, and the game actually looks better than this
or
2. The graphics look like a mediocre PS2 game, which is sad considering they should look slightly better than a high-end Xbox game
Nintendo can lower the price of the Wii by $50 at any time they want. They'll still make a profit off of each system, and can you even imagine how much sales of the already cheapest system would rise? I bet that as soon as sales start slumping, they lower prices, and rocket back up.
MS bought Capcom - and RE5 will not be released. That makes sense.
More likely it's all game announcements. Possible new games, or possible announcement of a game becoming multi-platformed.
With no intent to flame the game, I'd just like to ask if anyone knows of the fighting gameplay is more than just hitting things with swords? Is there any magic, any archery, any...anything else?
