Then play with either of the other two controllers you can use.
So...you need to buy the keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speakers? That'll run you up to probably $350 for really cheap version of each of those 4 components. Dunno, I'm half speaking out of my ass, but it's stuff worth bringing up since the cheapest on the Dell line are around $400.
Err...a lot of games on this list are games that everyone who owns the system wants. Games like Brawl and LBP. Seems like they just named 28 random games. I mean...the Lost game is on that list...that won't be any good, come on! And I love Lost.
Super Mario Galaxy: The most underrated game on N4G (lots of Mario hating here)
I'm happy it won a GOTY award, even though I don't really believe in such things. But if you've played SMG you know that while it doesn't have a deep story or fighting system or scoring system, it's one of the most mindlessly fun games in recent history. When I'm playing I can totally just zone out and have fun, and that sentiment should not be underestimated by the "hardcore" gaming com...
Nope, cuz as I saw it reported, the Sonic RPG was featured in this month's edition. So it has to be another RPG.
I hope so...
Golden Sun was amaaaaaaazing! (on my emulator :p)
Armyless: So true! :)
Woah!!! I didn't realize Baroque was coming out so soon. The game looks off the hook. It's oozing with style! And at a budget price of only $39.99.

Two consoles > Three consoles > One console
Just my opinion. :)
It's too expensive for most people to afford to own all three consoles, which mean that the vast majority of gamers are missing out on playing some of the greatest games of this generation. It's a real shame.
Only the ones who bought the HD-DVD drive I would assume. If a 360 owner just owns the console...why would he/she care? But if I bought the HD-DVD add-on I'd prolly be pissed.
(all hypothetical, since I don't even own a 360)
Awesome picture of the player fighting a T-rex in the article.
Also it talks about a third species of giants bugs and crabs and shtuff, along with some new creatures.
Not to mention the 14 hour-long campaign and multiplayer modes.
I was getting a little worried about Turok the last couple weeks, but this has reaffirmed my belief that I'll love the game.
It would be really cool if Sony made a bunch of mini-games and arcade-type games that could be bought with the equivalent of achievement points.
Edit: As people below me have thought up, new costumes for Home (and maybe even furnature) would be cool too. Honestly, Sony should get that stuff and simple games and really let the gamer have a decent selection of what he/she wants to spend their achievement points on. I guarantee that with that system there would be tons of peopl...
Looks cool, I like the music too.
Perfect kind of game for the Wii.
If you can't compete with the other systems in graphics, there's always style.
Just to clear up some confusion...
Sakurai stated that he wouldn't reveal any unlockable characters before the game's release. That means that all 24 characters released so far are the starting roster (if he told the truth). Who knows how many other characters there will be...
This is just a reason why smart people who don't know much about electronics (or at least aren't super up-to-date) should always seek out all the information they can find before making a big purchase. I know that my parents always ask for my advice before spending over $100 on any electronic equipment.
Everyone knows that Vader ended his life on the light side! He had a jedi funeral!
(I'm not even a Star Wars geek and I know that!)
Holy SH*T.
I'm definitely not a Star Wars freak or anything, but this is completely kick-arse.
This is like saying that VHS lost the war because DVDs came around.
DD is years away, which means Blu-ray can thrive for many years before the next means of movie-owning comes around, which is what a generation of technology does.
Didn't Ubisoft just say like yesterday that it *wasn't* a March release, but a January-February release?
So much for consistency.
Viva Pinata, the 360's best casual game sold 1.09 million copies in 62 weeks. Super Mario Galaxy has sold 4.55 million copies in 10 weeks. I think you'll find that a lot of other casual-type games on the Wii have amazing sales as well. The problem with Wii software sales is in the hardcore games (with the exceptions of RE4 and maybe Twilight Princess), just like the 360 can't sell casual games.
Edit: If anyone disagrees with me then find me some high software sales of a cas...
