I'm sorry, but I don't think you know what you're talking about. The reason PS4 did not have backwards compatibility with PS3 was the architecture change and is very valid. Adding a second GPU is bad or tacked on??? Tell that to people using SLI or Crossfire. Yes, the CPU could not change at this time but the GPU makes more difference. When people add a second GPU to their PC do they change the CPU. Most likely not.

My question is; Is 6 TF going to be enough to really notice a difference in games? PC looks much better. Better textures and lighting. 'Doesn't Show Much Difference' right in the title leads me to believe the reviewer didn't look very close. If, and a big if both versions wind looking the same has absolutely nothing to do with the hardware of the Xbox One all of a sudden getting better. It simply means the better hardware was not taken advantage of.
Really surprises me when these comparisons are done and some people use them to justify...
Tobsesan: Actually not THE EXACT SAME THING. PS4 upscaling is a completely different technique. Is it better??? Digital foundry seems to think so but who knows until we see it. Plus, the resolution you are upscaling from makes a huge difference. 720p upscaled to 4K don't look so hot. 1440p to 4K looks much much better. Just my 2 cents.

Does the 4K upscaling function in the XBOX ONE S really matter? I only ask because I have a 4K tv and it automatically upscales everything anyway. I just assumed all 4K TV's did this but perhaps I am wrong? Honest question no fanboy jargon.
Sorry but the PS4 version will look a lot different than the PC version, depending of course on the PC. I just upgraded to a GTX 1080 (I know I'm gloating but its soooo cool) and play at 4k so yeah, plenty of difference for sure. These static systems to dynamic system comparisons are completely unfair. In order to do comparisons properly you would need to compare to a PC comparable to a PS4. But then why ?

To each their own but I've played through the order twice and started a third. Story is good, characters are good, game is visually great. A little on rails but it's a story driven game and I knew that going in so I take no issue with it.
Problem is that all current XBO owners get the shaft. If this new gen(2) looks/performs that much better it's going to leave a lot of people sour. What will the developers do? What will current users do? This gen is a mess!
I love Insomniac and think they are a talented company. However, if Tools of destruction was 60 fps why not this? TOD looked fantastic and I know this looks better but this is also on better hardware. Conspiracy theory #1; The Xbone's Sunset overdrive was 30fps so did they feel obligated/don't upset anyone, to make their PS4 game 30 fps as well???

Fries1223; Graphically stunning? Ummmm, not so much. Low resolution, some poor textures and a poor framerate at times. Decent but not overwhelming.
I had several crashes last night on my AMD rig. AMD 8370 and R9 380. After the 4th crash I went into the Radeon settings and turned off GPU scaling and Super Resolution. Played for an hour with out a crash. Here's hoping.
The Beast (Scorpio) is still unknown and unshown. Time will tell what MS does and until then we can only assume it will be a monster PC at half the price. Unlikely. Currently I have an i5 and a gtx 1080 so I already have a beast. An expensive beast but I get the enjoyment today not MAYBE next year. I know...braggart. :P
