Yeah Japan is and alway has been years ahead of us but recently high speed just passed dial up. I doubt movie studios will jump on this idea since what download has done to the music industry.

In the time it takes to download a full HD movie I could have ran to store got a dvd/blu ray movie came home, watched it and still take a nap and maybe just maybe the download would be finish.
Bladestar don't you ever give up? First off the only server that may get turned off 5-8 years down the road are the ranked server. It doesn't mean the unranked servers which are peer to peer like xbox live will get shut off. If you still playing RFOM 5-8 years down the road it pretty much means you're maxed rank, or you just couldn't afford a new game in last 5-8 years.

I think most people forgot Sony isn't fighting one on one here it's a two front war. PS3 vs. 360, and Blu Ray vs. HD DVD. If EA knows it can't make a game look the same as the verison shouldn't they have sold them at a $10 price difference?
