Name 1 ps5 exclusive. And we know that got, and lou2 will be cross gen. So you guys think there will be loads of ps5 exclusive games in the 1st 2 years? Given the launch window lineup of PS4? Ppl were actually saying resogun was a reason to buy the ps4 system because it was so dry at launch ffs.

Plus, owing their history of at one time, not allowing any foreign trade for hundreds of years, they are a tough market to crack for any company that isn't Japanese. They are the ultimate protectionist trade market. No Japanese company can be bought outright by a foreign investor for example. Which is why when you hear rumours of Xbox buying Capcom it's bs.

Moore's law is slowing down and will slow down further. The tech you are talking about is just one of the novel techniques being used that Phil Spencer was talking about. For all anyone knows the only reason an x1 enhanced version is happening is because of the purchase of obsidian. So in that case ofc Xbox would make sure that they enhance it for the x1x. But They aren't going to pay to enhance it for the competing Platform. Are you nuts? Ppl are saying "but it's published by 3rd party". But Xbox now owns outer worlds. And it would be they who would have to pay for extra dev time to enhance it for a competing console. It would be ridiculous ...
I stated facts. You can play PS4 "exclusives" on p.c. simple as.

Can I play them on p.c without having to buy a PS4? Yes. Ergo, they ARE selling access to their games on p.c.

Erm, there were WAY more games during the last gen, AND way more publishers, AND more devs. The financial crisis caused a massive die off of studios. It also caused the death of the mid budget AAA game.
It's pretty ironic that avengers moved to September to get out of the way of cp2077, yet they will face the same problem they were trying to avoid lol.
