Is it possible you could be more illiterate?
I would say that there has never been an easier time to pick up gaming as an adult. Many games (much to the annoyance of veterans) have, if anything, too much hand holding, especially in tutorials. Is it something an adult non gamer could pick up and be brilliant at straight away? No, but if they pick the right games to start with, they'll be at least capable in no time.
Absolute drivel. He claims Xbox has zero 1st party games coming in future. Well, aside from the games not yet announced, like the RPG playground is working on, they have forza 7, sod2, sot, and the aforementioned crackdown. The parallels he draws with sega just don't exist. Sega released several pieces of hardware in a short period, but they were full fledged consoles which left owners of the console they released a year before behind. Remember them releasing the Saturn then months later ...
That song was "in the house, in a heartbeat" by the composer John Murphy, and is from the 28 days later soundtrack, it's not an original work by 4a games.
No, ps4 did not sell better because it had "more games", because the opposite was true, just look at the launch window lineup for the x1 and ps4, x1 had ryse, dr3, forza 5, killer instinct, and titanfall, while ps4 had knack and killzone. Numerous surveys and studies have shown that the number 1 reason people bought the ps4 over the x1 was resolution and graphics.
These unpaid obtuse and immature comments...
So this confirms what ms said from the start. They said they would build a console that can run today's games in 4k at the same f/r as the x1. They have delivered. Basically, games that are 1080p on the x1 will run in 4k with lots of headroom, games that are 900p will hit 4k with some optimization, and games that are 720p on the base unit, will use c/b. Ms will not however dictate how Devs choose to use the power, if they want to use checkerboarding/sparse rendering, and turn the visual e...
The service keeps getting better and better. If you're a parent, this is a no brainer, and if you're a "casual" gamer, and you see even just a couple of games you'd like to play, it's well worth a months subscription, nvm the free trial.
It baffles me how in every Xbox article, you see the same people with the same, tired, old opinions about how "xbawx haz no gamez" and "same old m$" or similar drivel, when the people spouting these "wise" words don't like Xbox, never will, and will never buy any Xbox no matter what. We get it, you prefer your precious PlayStation, good for you, but why you feel the need to ram that down xbox fans throats in every Xbox article comment section is beyond me.
Day1. I like most other 4k TV owners, am crying out for 4k content. After watching the Xbox e3 press conference in 4k on mixer, for the first time since I first played gears 1, my jaw well and truly hit the floor. It will be the best Console to play 3rd party games, and has several exclusives I'm looking forward to. Add on that the 4k blu ray player, the fact that my existing library of 300 x1 games will work on it, some with significant improvements, and, for me at least, it's well w...
How long is this? Just wondering because I got some credit burning a hole in my ms account, and can't make my mind up between getting this dlc or buying little nightmares.
Lmao at the comments claiming some sort of victory because df have done analysis on a DEMO, that will change B4 release. Here is a list of games that have been confirmed will be native 4k on release:

It seems the demos are just that, demos, to give a feel of visual quality of games. Either way, the x is the most powerful Console by a huge m...
It wouldn't be a ms conference if their messaging was on point lol, yes I'm a huge xbox fan, but I can also admit that Sony has a few more known AAA exclusives (god of war and Spiderman look great), but the X1X will be THE best place to play 3rd party games, and will have several AAA exclusives of its own over the next year. I'll be picking up an x day one, and a ps4 pro next year when their exclusives start to drop.
The game outputs in native 4k, only certain assets are checkerboarded.
And as Phil has repeatedly said: "the majority of Consoles we will sell will be s'", the X is for people who either already have 4k TVs, or want to future proof while seeing some benefits in the meantime from the system wide downsampling.
If you watched in 4k, your face was melted. It was the first time I've seen native to content on my TV, and my mind was blown. Everyone is assuming "console launch exclusive" means timed, but I don't think it's so simple. They labelled cuphead as console launch exclusive, but we know that game isn't coming to any other console (ms is funding development). Obviously some will be timed, but some will be exclusive. On the x1 store on the dash, it has a section called &...
Lmao at the comments. A month ago, people swore it wouldn't do 4k at all with 6tf, and they said if it could do to it would be 700 dollars. Well, it does 4k, with 4k assets, and it costs the same as the launch x1 did. Day 1 for me.
So the insane predictions of 600-700 can be put to bed at last.
No I am talking strictly AAA because they are the games the majority of us buy consoles to play, but you've done that time old thing of padding out your lists with smaller arcade type titles and indie games. I didn't buy a new console to play games the chip in my toaster could handle. There's a reason I didn't list games like we happy few, everspace, astroneer, pit people, Candleman, voodoo Vince, phantom dust, thimbleweed park, cities skylines, sub nautica and rivals of aethe...
When he was on unlocked Phil Spencer hinted it would be exclusive. We shall see, but even if that game isn't exclusive, we still know they have several unannounced games in the works, on top of the games we know are coming in the next 6-12 months. To say they have zero exclusives is rubbish.
