You nailed it. This is straight-out taking advantage of your customers. And the games media will continue to bash Sony for no console cross-play and ignore this completely.
The only thing Sony is against is cross-CONSOLE play. Technically, they have tons more cross-play games than any of the big 3.
Spiderman has more mass appeal, plus it's not rated M. These two factors will help it sell better. However, I'm not so sure it will be a better game. GOW set a pretty high mark.
We need more of this. This is exactly what VR needs to get more people to make the jump.
Sure, if you’re an investor. To most gamers, this GAAS focus is a lot less popular. It means you get half-baked games, released before they’re finished that are mostly focused on multiplayer.
Maybe by the time it releases it will be an accurate depiction of present day. 😆

According to this, the Annual Pass includes all DLC released within a year after Forsaken. Again, am I wrong?
Splinter Division Dogs Cry Creed 12
As far as I can tell this is just a renaming of the expansion pass to annual pass. They just want to clarify that it is only covering 1 year of content. Am I wrong?
My prediction: GOW2 will be a launch PS5 game, but also be playable on PS4.
Exactly my point. You either have to buy it again or can't buy it at all (no VC). For digital games, that's such a backwards way to treat your customers.
Nintendo Defense Force is in full effect. This is anti-consumer BS, Nintendo.
OpenCritic is a much better score aggregator site. 95 there: http://www.opencritic.com/g...
Spot on
I’m hoping it plays PS4 games natively, though I don’t see how it could work storage-wise. If it used micro SD and had some kind of compression tech, maybe it could.
Microsoft: If you can’t beat them, buy them.
Bring her back, Naughty Dog!
Sony doesn’t need to change anything. Unless Microsoft buys up some amazing studios to compete at the 1st party level, having the most powerful console is not that important. Despite this, I hope the OneX sells well enough to keep Sony honest. Competition is good for consumers.
If the Pro gets a price drop to $299, the OneX is doomed.
I love the TR games. However, this one is flying under my radar. Too many AAA games realeasing in the same time frame. Spider-man, RDR2, Destiny 2 Forsaken, ACO to name a few. I think I’ll pick this one up on sale. Maybe Black Friday?
It also doesn’t help that everything I’ve seen so far looks all too familiar. It seems like they haven’t really progressed since the 1st one (2016). Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed them both, but after the first, the other 2 aren’t exactly pushi...
