Get Gran Turismo 5 out. Please Sony, being a GT fan I've been tolerant and kind of understanding about how long it has taken, but i think we're hitting the tipping point as to where if you wait any longer, by the time it comes out you may of missed out on quite an audience.
The massive GT fanbase will always be there, but there are many that are not so hardcore that you could capitalise on.
Enjoying a game = having fun with a game.
Pretty sure you can call any game you want 'fun', killzone 2 included.
Has been my favourite online FPS since its release (2004), i'm glad to see it get some love.
Kodu has been out on the marketplace for ages.
And Media molecules acquirement wasn't what removed the chances of LBP on the 360, because the franchise has already been bought up by Sony before the announcement of the original game in 2007.
PSP and PS3 are not similar platforms at all.
Multiplatform - PC, 360 and PS3 games are all pretty much the same game with little graphical and sometimes control differences.
Yeah, makes me wonder why they decided to show it early. Have they really got other stuff that overshadows this by so much they wanted to get it out of the way early? A sequel to one of the highest rated games out there?
Wow, hype++;
I've had my Black wii for a while now. I was waiting on the black version (in europe) for a while after selling my first wii back in the first year or so when it came out, so i could jump back in and play some of the games i missed.
I really like the black system looks very nice with my other two PS3s (Slim and 60gb). Just need to get a rid of the egg shell 360 for a black one and i'll be set!
Its been out in europe for a while
There are quite a few on here that isn't a blanket rule. So many PC games i play have respectful players in nearly every match, you'll have the random idiots on every now and then, but it is the reason i don't use voice chat on my PS3, 360 or Wii.. (heh) unless i actually know the people i'm playing with, whereas on PC i'll mostly use voice chat regardless of game and who is playing it.
Then there is the voice quality. I don't know why but the consoles...
I'm not sure if it will be the leading factor, i think broadcast TV and Movies which will get people interested to the point where they get into stuff like 3D gaming.
I could be completely wrong, we've seen gaming push formats quicker into the market - such as blu-ray and arguably, the PS2 gave DVD a nudge into quicker mass market adoption. So maybe they're right, the games industry is capable of it - but i'm not as sure it is as black and white as it /will/ b...
Really, we're all gamers here and have opinions - why are yours so special that you can submit it as an article to a news site?
These articles need to be banned.
I'm keeping mine because it is for me, the best PSP out. I have a PSP 1000 too, the older models - 1000, 2000 and 3000 are unusable.
Nothing in that comment implied he was talking about the PS3. Assuming someone saying something negative about the 360 is a PS3 fanboy is just as bad as what you're accusing him of.
Part of that may be the fact you have one of the very best TVs out there.. But yeah, 1080p most certainly looks better than 720p. I can see it even on my 24" and 22" PC monitors as well as my 42" plasma.
i don't accept that these are even needed. God of war 3, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2 - All technically brilliant games, i see no mandatory install here!
Charging for online is not a normal thing to do, it isn't Sony doing the unusual thing by no charging, it is Microsoft doing the unusual thing by charging. I don't know why people assume Sony HAVE to charge for online play, its been the norm for it to be free for years till Microsoft came along and did what they did.
Good score. If it were my type of game, i'd give it a play through. Certainly an interesting game.
By Xbox 360 exclusive you mean a PC/360 game? Right?
He probably is, and that is more than likely one of the reasons he is pushing so hard to get people away from it. But it doesn't change the fact his other points are accurate too.
I think if Sony are serious about Playstation move, they need to use any price cuts they can make to include Playstation move hardware and a game in with every single PS3 console sold.
History shows us peripherals sold separate don't generally succeed, or at least to the level of what Sony want. The same can be applied to Microsoft, and i think both Sony and MS realise this, i'm just not sure who will be in the best position to do such a thing as to package their mot...
