The really sad thing is I bought a PS3 (not only because I try my best to boycott microsoft products) for JRPG's. Now some of them are migrating over to a system I really don't want to support. I own one, I had no choice, I'm a gamer, but if I have a choice I always go PS3. They are not giving me a choice and that's a rip IMO.

Everything I play looks good on my 720p TV. Lots of people (especially on this site) consider themselves Connoisseurs of the video game world. Eh, technically he is right, the GPU is more powerful in the 360. But the GPU in the PS3 is being helped by the CPU and the Satelite CPU's. So you can't compare one GPU to the other because they don't perform the same function if properly used... and that is what is making this argument a little flimsy. I saw somebody up there say the 360 is the new home for RPG's... that's ludicrous. I may dust off my 360 ( and I mean that literally) if any of these titles are actually exclusives. I have heard that Infinite Undiscovery is, but Star Ocean is franchise of sorts, I don't see that being exclusive. Who knows.

What you are saying makes sense to me and sounds very responsible. It's just that saving money is something that I have a hard time doing, if I go out 3 times a week, at 25 dollars an outing (and that's being liberal depending on what I'm doing and where I'm going) then that's 75 bucks a week just in going out...
