129 bucks for a WD 320 gig, easy to install. I'm sure you know that already stalkingsilence, I just wanted to put the idea back in your head :) Best money I've spent in a while.

He says it won't change your life... not many games do. The game is fun, but it's kinda short, especially if you are good at gaming in general. I wonder what life changing games he was thinking of when he wrote this? MGS4 isn't out even out yet
My 40 gig with a 320 WD drive in it works just fine. My PS2 also works just fine. I wouldn't want to take a chance on wearing out my PS3 any earlier by playing all of my PS2 games on it. It's 119.99 for a BRAND NEW PS2 slim, much cheaper than a 499.99 80 gig PS3 I'll need after my warranty expires in a couple of years.
Eh, you never know what sony has up their sleeves guys, it's not a big deal. Sony rarely disappoints in the long run.
They mentioned a slew of first party titles that needed a boost to the finish. That's the way I took it, so hopefully they are pumping the last bit of life into LBP and FFXIII to try and get them to us in a timely fashion.
I agree with your point XproPT, but I thought I would be playing GTAIV for months, and I beat it in 3 days, and it's soooooo much like the other ones I get bored before I get to the helicopter to jump out of it and try to land in a swimming pool.... sorry... anyway, I will be playing Digital Devil Saga 2 again and Probably a little Persona 3 in my spare time when this hits :)
Blah, I got a PS2, and if it breaks, I'll buy a new one. I got a 320 gig PS3, it was 119 for the new drive, so I guess I spent $619 dollars on a 320 gig PS3. Come on, it's not Xbox, you can upgrade cheaply. And as far as not having the connections to hook up your PS2 with you PS3, don't even start with that, if you have a HD input, you have enough inputs. Besides, just hook up a selector if you can't find anywhere to stick the PS2. These are all really small problems to overcome.
Online gaming chews up a lot of Upload speed. I never have trouble playing online games, unless I have like 200k a second upload speed, and then, I get kicked of PSN and XBOX live. DL Speed, I'm not sure about.

Nintendo isn't in the console war as far as I'm concerned, I don't know ONE PERSON with a wii.. but I am a gamer, and so are my friends. I'll go the opposite way, No matter what they announce, I'm sure I'll enjoy it when it eventually gets to my TV, and I'll wait till it's done, so I don't get a sucky product. I have six swords, all lining my walls. I fence from time to time, and I work out with my swords as well, it's good muscle training if you know the right routine. I still would NEVER have an inclination to use this on any member of my family... even friends... hell, even d-bags I'd give a chance to leave the area. This "Man" was obivously mentally unbalanced. I don't think I'd pay to get it early. I don't think I'd pay for it period, I'm really looking forward to it though. Advertising portal, no need for us to pay for the basic service. I am going to buy some add ons however. But a one time fee like the article asks.... How are you gonna count PS3 out? That doesn't even make sense. FFXIII ring a bell??? Who's getting that JRPG? Besides, JRPG might just go to the Japanese system. If not PS3 then PSP or DS. Not to mention Trophies, Home, LBP, R2, KZ2.. I could go on, but just read the other post. Metal Gear comes out next week... Had to say that one, that's the last one I swear.
