I hate the Wii controller so much, I mean hate it from the bottom of my heart, it really makes a lot of Wii games almost impossible to play. So no I am not looking forward to more of this kinda crap for my PS3 & 360. The only useful thing would be using your hand, instead of a controller, to control Netflix, but I certainly wouldn't spend money to do this.
Oh, I see, so
cheeky impish jape = trolling fanboyish comment
I learn something new all the time here at N4G. : )
My top 5 list
Fallout 3
Mass Effect
Bioshock
Lost Odyssey
Fable II
I never could get into the Halo series, and although I own both Gears of War, because I picked them for cheap, I still have not found enough time/interest to play them, so I can't judge if they should be in not. ; )
Well, I don't think that Avatars are much better, they were fun for about 15 minutes where Home was fun for about 10, so both could be better.
It free and we don't want to use it, what makes you think people would ever pay for it as it currently stands? You are silly, but nice try.
What I think home needs...
It needs more free stuff... free furniture, paint, wallpaper, I mean lots more, what is available now is boring (Unless you want to pay for it, and who does?). Currently, it isn't fun to decorate your space.
It also needs more 'fun' things to do, and that could actually be the best way for people to gather the free stuff. How about a big treasure hunt, they could place a lot of free stuff to find and some stuff could ...
If people don't buy 3 it is just that much less reason for them to bring 4 over, so if you own a PS3 and want to see Yakuza 4 sooner, get your bottoms to the store and buy 3, because I bought 1, 2 & 3, and would like to buy 4 someday.
I am talking to all of you who seem to spend more time bashing stuff (like the fact that something got cut from this game) and less time actually buying & playing games. : P
And if you want to take a stand about what got cut ou...
Well it might have been cool if it remained a secret, but now that it is spoiled it lost it's charm, thanks ps3attitude.com, I'll make sure to avoid you in the future to avoid having anything else spoiled for me.
I am looking forward to this game. For myself, I don't feel this change is going to make this game any less enjoyable for me. I can understand how some people might be disappointed, but if it was a choice of cutting out the hostesses or no game I think they made best choice.
Shaman - I got your joke and found if very funny, in this case the fanboys have nobody to blame but Sega, but certainly if they could spin this to blame Microsoft they would do just that. Sad but too true.
I actually think it would have been nice if they were a little bit more picky about some of the games that have been released, but at this point I don't think it matters. What damage could be done has been done, the self proclaimed hardcore have moved on and yet Nintendo is swimming in cash, so really I think they are doing just fine at the moment.
Also, in their defense we all used to complain about not enough 3rd party games, so really they just gave us what we were asking...
My first Harvest Moon was on PSOne, and I actually think it is my favorite version.
I love the Harvest Moon series, it is a guilty pleasure of mine, and I am such a sucker because I keep buying every Harvest Moon game that comes out, but they are often so alike with only the smallest changes to their formula.
I played the demo, and it was okay, but not as great as I was expecting due to all of the hype. I might pick it up someday, if I see a good sale, but I am in no hurry.
I can't even count the number of games I bought only because I liked the Demo. One of the best things about LIVE is the ability to try all of the arcade games out before you buy. Nintendo not having demo's is a foolish move, but then again a lot of the stuff on WiiWare is so bad that a demo would only put people off.
I also like this game, although a few things bothered me at first, the more I play it the more I find myself having a hard time putting it aside. It grows on you.
Homicide I agree with you about not understanding the whole creating an avatar thing. Having you create an avatar, but not having that avatar be the main character of the game just seems odd to me. I kept waiting for Leonard to be killed off or kidnapped so that my avatar could become the hero, and I was bit disappointed when I figured out that just was not going to happen.
The wait time during the battles is a little annoying but I don't mind it too much. My two biggest issu...
Yep, no matter what, people find something to complain about when it comes to JRPGs. It is a shame really.
That is the spirit. I agree. I buy almost every JRPG that comes out, regardless of reviews, and more often then not I am not disappointed in my purchase.
This gamerdeals site is great, this is the second time they have saved me money this month. Good stuff.
