the review is like 3 pages... haha. but i can translate the most important part, the biggest xbox fan (supposedly) of their reviewing staff said this:
"it is definitely one of the biggest games of the year, and one of the most memorable PlayStation titles in history"
:)
wow another mention of Pelaaja on n4g, this warms my heart :) i'm finnish and been a subcriber to this magazine since the beginning. they are a great source of videogame news, and VERY trustworthy.
i think they're also the biggest gaming mag in northern europe, or the second biggest. so their opinion matters over here.
the whole planet cares about football/"soccer".
not me though lol.
it is true. as a finnish person i find it kind of offensive that you guys wouldnt even trust a finnish gaming magazine in something like this..
well you'll see soon enough :)
yea and im a ps3 owner, probably never going to play Alan Wake, but i still know this news is true.
maybe microsoft has a patent for the keyboard to be on the bottom of the controller.. lolz
defensive reaction :)
of course this is true, wtf are people thinking? one of the most respected gaming mags in Europe released the info in their podcast. Pelaaja magazine is a finnish gaming mag, so i'm pretty sure they know what the (finnish) developers at Remedy are up to.. they got the news exclusively because they are finnish. simple as that, nothing incredible really..
i dont understand why this is so hard to believe.
what, is this for real? i thought they confirmed there would be no trophies.
for me this is sweet, gonna love getting them all playing with my gf! we were so sad when the game ended and there was pretty much nothing to do anymore :( this fixes it.
oh come on...
this perverse disdain for GTAIV is getting out of hand.
nice level but cant the sackboy move any faster? i'm getting this game of course, but i will be really disappointed if the gameplay is that sluggish.. someone in the beta, please tell me you can actually run and jump fast in this game! because slow platformers are just pure agony to play.
like i've been saying for months, Saints Row has NO CLASS compared to GTAIV. it's just.. i dunno, very tasteless.
and doesnt look good at all. what made GTAIV great for me was the atmosphere, how much work they put into making the environment believable... it was amazing. in my opinion.
"at least the characters are american".........
....
wow first time i've seen a Pelaaja-lehti article here! my favorite gaming mag, because im finnish :) they're very trustworthy and non-bias in their reviews too, which is not too common nowadays.. more power to them.
oh and it's translated Pelaaja = Gamer, lehti = magazine, if someone wants to learn a little finnish haha.
L M A O .
i never really laugh at stupid fanboy comments but that one made me crack.
LMAO at the enemies! funny stuff.
Wipeout HD is a 10/10 too, at least for me :)
(GAME IS F*CKING AMAZING, BUY IT NOW AND COME TASTE MY TURBO AFTERBURNER ONLINE)
so basically it's just like they said earlier, separate campaigns for single player and co-op? (which is awesome and unique)
thats just perfect, i can play through the single player by myself and enjoy the graphics on a full screen, and then play a separate campaign split-screen with the gf (who really wants to play more split-screen resistance after the first one heh).
and then join 60 player online battles in 70 different maps! talk about value for your money.. dam...
sorry but why do christians always seem to copy everything, and harness everything that is "cool" to their own benefit? you see it EVERYWHERE. i mean it's obvious that the bible itself isnt enough (reading through it actually makes a lot of people into atheists), they have to use other methods to recruit young people.. sad really.
yes i'm an anti-religion atheist. but i still love all people :) even my christian friends. their religion just scares me a bit sometimes..
dont you dare diss Finland man.. we kicked Soviet ass in WWII.
