ahh man, this really cements the game's status for me. 1up arent exactly known for overrating PS3 games so.. i am 100% convinced.

not weird at all.. LBP is one of the best, most unique games EVER MADE. and it's not just for kiddies, me (26) and my gf (23) love it and play it all the time.

i bought the PS3 _purely_ for gaming purposes in 2007, and it was a no brainer for me. i wanted to play Skate, Assassin's Creed, COD4 etc, but also wanted a reliable system that isn't noisier than my old PS2.
so, what choices did i have? :)
GeOW2 got A/A+ and it translated to 100/100 on metacritic.

my guess is that they have gotten permission from Bioware to port it to PS3, and they are now looking for a team to do it.
of course that's just a hunch.
if it hasnt been 100% denied by now, i think it's most likely a timed exclusive ala Bioshock.
one aspect that should affect this whole thing is: how much did Mass Effect sell on the 360? did it sell as much as Halo or Gears, or about the same as Bioshock..? that should give us an indication of how passionately Microsoft wants to secure ME2 as an exclusive...

i won't take this as proof, but i really do hope they port it to PS3, even if it's a crappy port, i wouldn't care that much, i just want the game. the PS3 is sorely missing a serious scifi/space adventure.
i hope we hear from Bioware or EA soon, either clearly confirming or denying it. though it didnt matter for Bioshock, it was flatout denied there was a PS3 version in the works.. so we've been lied to before. i guess we'll only know for sure a year later after the 360/PC versio...
uhh, you can always look up the story online. watch the ending on youtube and whatnot.

i admit i will be disappointed and a bit jealous if this doesnt come to the PS3, but still, i wouldn't buy an Xbox 360 just for Mass Effect. i'll rather upgrade my PC.

i loved the controls in RE4, i had no complaints. but now, years later, similar control schemes just dont feel as satisfying anymore. simple as that. has nothing to do with skills or "ability".

EVEN IF the PS3 died next week, and KZ2 would never ship to stores, i would have STILL gotten my money's worth out of the PS3. i have more than 20 games for the console, which is more than i ever had for PS2 (18 games i think :P) during it's entire lifecycle! add to that all the rented blu-rays, webs...
yea i dont think it has sold very well... last time i checked, some tracks' leaderboards only had like 20,000 names. the game deserved to sell at least a 100x more than that (2mil)...
Wipeout HD has been criminally ignored, in my opinion.

the game looked really nice and seemed like a top quality title, from what time i spent with the demo.
what the hell... Wipeout HD was certainly not boring, or are you joking? at least not in the highest speed class (everything else before that is just practice), and the online races were INTENSE, had so much fun owning other less experienced people and getting schooled by true masters. it's a game that TRULY separates skilled players, no place for noobish luck there!
