I've seen this play out online, and frankly, the fans are being stupid by overreacting. Harada is flabbergasted that they're still going after the NCCA after they kept repeating they did nothing.
Hey guys, so I kind of looked it up, and when you think about it, Abraham Lincoln, Joan of Arc, Alexander Nevsky, Nobunaga Oda, they're all state heroes, and they're all used in games, movies and films all the time.
Their states do nothing about it because historical figures are not copyrighted. Josie isn't even the actual hero, just named after him. The NCCA will do nothing, cuz they can't.

A lot of people don't seem to understand about this issue is it blew up because a news site misreported it. GMA News claimed the NCCA condemned Josie, when it was an educator who works with the agency. That person is not an official, or a member of their committees.
I don't think the NCCA could really take any legal action, but they can ask Harada to make changes to the character. I just feel people should acknowledge the misreporting more.

Agreed about the modders. Everything about this port seemed like a bad idea from the onset. Maybe they should have added stuff on it and delayed it?
A lot of people here aren't willing to accept they were duped into believing the PS4 will have the best exclusives. This absolutely was all about marketing, with the addition of PS4 lucking out after XBox One's disastrous reveal.

Also note that the pic Itagaki used isn't from Last Round. I think it might be from the original 2012 release. Clearly, Itagaki has had this on his mind for a while.

Aside from the AT-AT battle being a popular game scenario (it was on the Atari and the N64), it's pretty impressive for a small preview video. The full trailer in Star Wars Celebration Anaheim is probably going to wow us all.

Actually he has been talking about Devil's Third. He's only been tight lipped because of Nintendo's marketing plans but apparently he'll be at E3. I can only assume they're keeping D3rd and Splatoon hype safely apart from each other so both sell well, but who knows?
Really, a lot of what we hear from Itagaki stems from him talking to fans on Facebook a lot. I suggest you add him as a friend and post on his wall; he'll accept everyone.

He was actually OK with many of the changes to the game, including deemphasizing the triangle system (throws vs holds vs strikes) and the realistic art style.
he doesn't like the costumes, or the name of the soft engine, and of course, the poor PS4/Xb1 launches
If you guys miss the Itagaki that said the most outrageous things in the late 90s/early 2000s, you should read this.
I can confirm, thankfully, Windows 10 won't be subscription based. That was a misinterpretation of a quote about Windows 10 updates becoming more frequent and in the BG instead of interrupting regular use. The updates will be happening as if you are a regular subscriber to a service.
Just one thing guys; I think it's fair to say Devil's Third did not look good, even for an Xbox 360 game, when the 1st footage was revealed last year.
But we know Itagaki can do better, as we've seen in his Ninja Gaiden and DOA games, and the Wii U can do better, if you've seen Bayonetta, Need For Speed, and Pikmin 3, and of course upcoming games like Xeno Chron X.
Bottomline, let's give Itagaki's Valhalla and the Wii U some more credi...
