*correction, More people HAVE a PS4, not necessarily prefer one. Those that don't have an X1 can't give a true valid opinion which is "better" and based on games attach ratios/number of hours played...those that have both prefer an X1.

X1 is only loosing in sales, NOTHING else.
It's my opinion that you should get every console every gen...if you can afford it that is. IMO the X1 is the best rounded console, and if you don't get one, it's only your loss. I'm looking forward to Occulus and Hololens (and willing to learn more about the Vive HMD). Like every other tech I'm sure the first gen for all these devices (I understand it's not TECHNICALLY the first gen) will be a little rough, and then by the second gen they will start ironing out things. I'm esp excited for the potential of HoloLens more than any other of these HMDs (I can see gen 2 of hololens having a 180 degree of view-able area...or something to that effect...bein...
I care if it's Azure...so far they have proven themselves to be the fastest and most reliable servers out of all the options to provide dedicated servers. It's a COMPLETELY legit concern, not sure why you can't see that.

My question is who's servers are they? Hopefully Xbox will get to use Azure servers and not get gimped.
Nothing against PS4, I just do all my online gaming on X1. No point in paying for both services so I cancelled PS+ and just stuck with the better online service
Sorry, after playing this game I can't see how anyone could give it a 10. I love this style of game, but I just couldn't get into at all and it was extremely sluggish (even with the "run" feature). I couldn't even finish the game. 7/10 seems about right to me. Just my opinion.
Agreed...way ahead of you...been playing again for the last couple weeks. EASILY one of the best MP games. Speaking of which, I started playing Halo MCC again...and I love how fun Team Swat is...it's probably my favorite mode. When I played it originally, I thought Halo 4 was the worst MP (but best SP)...playing again, esp for team Swat, Halo 4 is my favorite. The game still looks great even without an actual upgrade, it even holds it's own against current gen games.
X1 just keeps getting better and better, great time to be a gamer.

Esp being that there is literally NO reason to wait if you have the option to play it on X1. Waiting a year to play a game that won't look any better is just ridiculous.
FF7 isn't exclusive, nor coming out this year. We all have our own opinions, so I'm not saying you are "wrong" about being excited about any of the other games...but none of those exclusives even remotely excite me, and I do all my multi-plat gaming on X1 (esp since most games now need an online connection)...so the list provided here actually makes me more excited about X1, esp since on X1 R6 and Fallout are getting BC exclusive deals, and Mods are coming to F4 on X1 firs...
All I know is that X1 has a ton of games on it that are gonna keep me busy this year and next year. It's a great time to be a gamer. I don't have anything against my PS4 at all, but being that I use my X1 for multi-plat gaming, it looks like the next time I will use my PS4 is when UC4 comes out.
Yeah I guess my only grip is that it can't stream EVERYTHING that you can do on your Xbox....clearly this isn't a technical issue, but a "rights" issue. I wish Netflix and Comcast would allow streaming of everything. That or at least allow the Xbox to be playing TV/Netflix on the TV, and streaming a game similatniously....then again maybe that's already coming with the new UI (I mean if it can do both while snapped...not sure why it couldn't do this).
I can only speak for my own experience....I was impressed how well it worked...little to no lag at all...I didn't feel "behind" at all when I was playing TF using streaming (and being how fast paced the game is, I figure this is where you would notice it). I have a good network with a good router, but neither are TOP of the line, but better than average. My Xbox is hardwired, but my Laptop was streaming wirelessly....all in all, it's a great feature, esp since it's fre...

That's been the story this gen really...even when there is a difference on paper, it hardly ever transfers to the screen. I remember when the screenshots came out, everyone was saying they look identical, so if it turns out that technically they aren't...it really means nothing except that one console is working harder than the other to deliver the same end result...I'd rather those resources go towards solid FPS anyway.
