The emulators themselves aren't illegal but the its the roms themselves that might be considered illegal. Its interesting cause as far as I can find on the internet, the issue has never seen a supreme court case to decide one way or another. The law isn't clear cut and I believe a company would have to prove that you weren't the one who made the copy of the rom and that it was not just for the intent of personal use...etc.
But don't take that as legal advice...
If sony was thinking, they should've done this before GOWIII and made it require the update, that and given little to no warning of the update. Oh well, at this point the number of people who actually hold out for CFW is gonna be a small percentage. Hopefully pirating issues won't be much of an issue.
I'd be worried that if the interest in CFW is too small for hackers to care about updating it with every ps3 update so you can play the newest games/go online. Or just getting ba...

It's true. I notice most people who own wiis don't play them that often. That doesn't mean nobody does. My dad can't get enough of that thing. He never really figured out the aiming for FPS with analog sticks so the Wii is a better fit for that type of game and he can put up with the not so high quality games. He told me he's played through Quantom of Solace like 7 times now O_O....

I used to post on Gamespots forums but stopped like 2 years ago cause the mods were egotistical j3rk0ffs. They would ban/suspend people for almost no reason. Maybe they relaxed a little too much eh?

Indeed, and how did he get that information so quickly. You'd just be getting done with a quest and he'd be interrupting his station, hyping your achievements. I never finished his quests on the other play throughs, just so the rest of the D.C. area wouldn't have to listen to him lol.
Yeah, screw the adoring fan. I'd have him follow me to the middle of the forest have him wait and shoot arrows at him. Fallout 3 would've better without three-dog, yeah. I still don't get my Tails is on this list though. If anything though, I guess he was annoying cause he was more of a tease in the 2nd game cause you could co-op, but not really lol.

Yes it sucks, but online play isn't necessary for their core audience. The codes are meant to protect kids. I can't see them doing much different in the future. If I were a parent, the wii's online service is the only one of the three consoles I'd let my younger children use(if at all).
There are a lot of failing school systems in the states today and this is how texas decides to spend its taxpayers dollars. outrageous if you ask me.

Yeah, chaos mode is a bit ridiculous. I've made it to the ice scorpion boss, doubt I'll make it much further. If anything I know I'll never make it past the molten Cerberus/satyrs fight. ugh..that was a nightmare on titan mode.
It's not even the damage reduction or enemy damage increase that makes it hard though, the enemy aggression is insane. Get hit once and the rest of the mob will have you downed before you have a chance to get your guard up.

It's trophies for MGS4, but you must have a psp+Peace Walker to install them :D how funny would that be.
