Did you actually play the Witcher 3? That game was rich in gameplay/ content especially compared to most games to come out this gen.

They're were adventure games rather you agree or not. Just liked every other interactive movies, point & clicks, visual novels and puzzle adventures.
This article should of been titled What Telltale's Death Says About mismanaging your game company. The death Telltale's games doesn't speak for the whole adventure genre.
