Any article that contains the words 'facts that you didn't know' is condescending.
Especially when it's something as elementary as 'It's One of the Best Selling Consoles of All Time' which many people know.
Because Luigi's Mansion was an iconic game for many Gamecube owners and the sequel deserves to be on the major TV console.
When you put Luigi's Mansion : Dark Moon on the 3Ds with no announcement for a WiiU version you deserve for the WiiU to fail.
Particularly when the WiiU has a handheld console style controller. It's as if Nintendo are understandably worried about cannibalising their own market. But you don't make that at the expense of what is supposed to be your major console.
There's an utter age and perceived class related discrimination about eating habits.
Pizzas have a long history in Italy and America. They are part of 'pop culture' like the hamburger. When you go to Pizza Hut you support this tradition. They are very tasty and you can get low fat pizzas if you prefer (if you want something that tastes more like Pizza Express). Or just get the pizza that you really want in a decent size.
Many overweight people are...
Gabe Newell really is the George Lucas of videogaming.
I fully expect to see Jar Jar Binks and pod racing in Half Life 3 in 2020.
When sites enjoy being so condescending about particular posts why do they give those posts the oxygen of publicity, thus making them 'important' as spurs of debate?
We talk about what is important to us, even when we are lashing out against it.
So who gives a s*** about Destructoid!
Rare might as well make a game where Banjo , Conker, Joanna Dark and Cooper from Grabbed by the ghoulies all combine forces in an Uncharted-like adventure. Don't put Kameo in - that'd be too many powers.
Infinite needs some episodes now. Religion has been covered so there's no need to reiterate that.
Let's see an episode based around politics featuring Saltonstall, examining the kinds of tensions that lead to World War 1 and how America entered that war as its own singular power.
There is something increasingly sad about caring what Nintendo are doing next.
This is the company that decided to release Luigi's Mansion : Dark Moon on the 3Ds rather than the WiiU.
The company that seems so committed to handhelds rather than their 'major' console that they even give their major console a giant handheld as a controller.
The future of Nintendo is probably that it will be all about handhelds - that you can connect...

I got The Cave on day 1 because it's a Ron Gilbert game and I wanted to reward him for never spending a penny on the original Monkey Island games even though I had them.
It's a great game. Many might think it's oddly structured but I think it's so clever how it's done. Pick any 3 characters out of 7 (making at least 3 playthroughs necessary to see every story)
Doesn't often happen - N4G is where the website is found so easier to comment here than to have to register with another site.
I think that's Margaret Thatcher that you're thinking of, not videogames which tend to get near universal praise when they are great.
I think that Infinite would do well to have an extra episode that basically does a bit more of what the demo showed. We could meet Salstonstall, the man with the light behind his eyes. And see a giant bell fall in front of us. The episode could be a lot more about politics than religion and could more clearly hint at the world tensions that lead to World War 1.
Uncharted 3 probably offers really plenty in its second half for masochistic hardcore players who don't mind being walking targets walking around industrial yards , shipyards and ships. But Uncharted 2 is arguably the best in the series for most people on the whole for not being too difficult, keeping a sense of pace, having some of the most interesting and detailed locations and well integrated set pieces. I find the stealth section towards the start a bit average and the final boss a bi...
They always end up about gaming.
But if your idea of gaming is not FPS games then they might not end up always seeming enough like the N64 / PS2 eras of gaming for your tastes. But then you've probably not being paying careful attention to what's available to download if you end up disappointed by the AAA type games.
The violence needed to be like this. Partly because the environment itself isn't usually as intrinsically scary as the original Bioshock. Not only is it lighter but often battles are in the open rather than in buildings so there is not so much a scary sense of claustrophobia to rely on.
Also, it made the skyhook multi-purpose. And the violence that it results in , even though it's at your own hands, gives the game an exciting, horribly fascinating, sense when you know...
The thing about Infinite (as opposed to the original Bioshock) is that I would love to see another tale set in Columbia, whether it is just an episode or a full blown sequel. There are loads of possibilities. But it's still an expansion of that single player that I want (as long as they create some new locations within Columbia) more than a multiplayer.
The article's right. That must be why it doesn't bowl me over as much as the first Bioshock game. I hate Doctor Who.
I remember when the NES was out in the UK. It may amaze you to know this if you are in some other territories but it didn't mean an awful lot to many people here.
It was launched late here, it was very dear and the availability of greatly graphically superior games on the Amiga made the NES look old and blocky.
Even the SNES sold less than the Megadrive in the UK (though not worldwide of course).
Nintendo have just never been that cool w...
